Exercise: A walk

It was nice out today but got kinda cold by the time I got out of the house for a walk, I wanted to wait for my husband lol. We walked to a further away grocery store (as opposed to the two immediately across the street from our building) and I found some energy drinks and Quest bar flavors that aren’t available at the places we usually shop. Then I felt fucking depressed for a while because the bakery there is straight up amazing and I was really sad I couldn’t eat any of it (yeah technically I *could* but I’d hate myself so not really.) Good news though, I appealed to my insurance on the basis of constipation making the injectable treatments a poor fit for me, and they approved Nurtec this time! It won’t be available to pick up again for a couple days though. I ran out on Sunday and will have to rely on Maxalt in the meantime.
I put my hair in a lazy twist today and kinda liked it

Hi Paisley , I binge read your accountability over the last few days and really love the updates and seeing your gorgeous face and body.

Your reflections on low restriction really got to me and you’re inspiring me to harm reduce. The parts where you write about wishing you restricted higher really hit home. I love your writing even though it made me realize that I’m fooling myself by claiming I haven’t fully relapsed this time.

After reading and reflecting, I am now upping my cals from 1000 to 1200 by adding a green protein smoothie when getting back from the gym. Thank you for inspiring me and I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday.
