    Hello everyone! I am Yoriichi.

In June of 2021, I was diagnosed with anorexia, at 96lbs/43.5kg. I was forced into recovery and gained nearly 50lbs/22.6kg in 8 months. That's awful, repulsive, disgusting, whatever you'd like to call it. I have completely lost myself.

I was maintaining an initial weight gain of 5 pounds from recovery, but then I started binging. And I couldn't stop. I remember being so judgmental of bingers, when I realized, it's the same mindset, just a different reaction. I was humbled. I am humbled.

Now, at 67.9kg, I just want to crawl in a hole and die. Really. I am not tall. I am only 155cm. I look massive. It's terrible. So now I want to stop the weight gain before it worsens, and any weight loss results in loose skin. That's my biggest fear. I am safe now, if I start taking weight loss seriously again. I'm much too young to look like this.

So, here's the plan. I'll include links to the threads per each phase. I'm currently on phase one.

    PHASE 1

    ABC DIET

    DURATION: 9.5.22-28.6.22

    SW: 67.9kg

    EW:

    GW: 128.5lbs/58.2kg

    PHASE 2

    33 DAY WATER FAST

    DURATION: 29.6.22-31.7.22

    SW:

    EW:

    GW: 98.56lbs/44.7kg

    PHASE 3

    ABC DIET ADF

    DURATION: 1.8.22-9.11.22

    SW:

    EW:
    GW: 70lbs/31.7kg

    道を極めた者が辿り着く場所はいつも同じだ。時代が変わろうともそこに至るまでの道のりが違おうとも必ず同じ場所に行き着く。

I have similar stats to yours but I binged up to almost 90kg. Your plan sounds super intense, I hope you can stay somewhat safe.

None of those are doable . You will just end up feeling really meh about your willpower. I promise you that when I ditched all these extreme fads and just focussed on high res and exercise and low processed foods and alcohol, the results were the best. This is a lifestyle that needs to be maintainable otherwise you put yourself through the pain of having to do these traumatic diets over and over again each time you gain again when they end

If you're going to fast for that long, please research the snake diet and look up how to make snake juice. You need to be intaking electrolytes and potassium during your fasts or you WILL crash and burn. The longest fast I've done using snake juice was 21 days and I felt pretty good the whole time with the energy I needed to still work at my job and workout. Just be safe, this sounds drastic

I'm sorry but it's just not a good plan and it will land you in the hospital so fast. Also your goals are to lose around 10 kgs a month which is insane and your will be forced back into recovery, it will be really obvious :/
