May 31, 2023 (Whatever It Takes Diet)

The "Whatever It Takes" Diet
8 day diet | gw: 188.0
off days- mornin till 5:50 pm: library/7 leaves. no vyvanse, 2 meals + fruits&veg as snacks
work days- vyvanse in morning, metamucil @ 2 & 7 pm. 2 tbsp each. fasting. any liquid allowed/keep cals low. preferably drink protein shakes

Exercise: walking (6.7k steps)


Extra: of course - 2 cookies (150), 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (110)

+ cereal marshmallows

+ 3 cookies, steak, like 1 bite of nasty heated spinach

+ pb & j, other half of burger

+ most of sushi, 3 macarons from bobatime (not satisfying)
