Plan:

1st thing in morning take all supplements: 1 garcinia, 1 korean supplement

15 min chew toy every hour (break for appointment then continue) sigh

tap water tea w/ acv had water w/ acv @ night

7leaves 2:30/3pm to 6:30 - finish body paragraph 1 & 2

@ home: may have 1 meal between 400-600 calories. may buy meal but be mindful of calories! + supplements . drink acv after

appetite was pleasantly suppressed. didn't have much of an appetite when i woke up anyway, and after taking garicnia, k-sup, & fish oil i also got another mild suppressing effect (w/ the downside of nausea) ofc it didn't last long but i also had another garicnia supp. sometime later in the evening

kept forgetting to chew toy tho smh.
