breakfast: herb tea, piece of fruit

morning snack: gum

lunch: 1 cracker, carrots or pickles, water or diet soda

afternoon snack: gum

dinner: salad or veggies, 1/2 cup rice

extra: nonfat yogurt


500-650 cals a day supposedly
