*as of 8:24pm: definitely a persistent of fullness throughout the day. slightly light/dull but still noticeable. increases when i drink more water

had a dull craving for nutella toast at 3 after | ;) | that i could have ignored if i hadn't -not cared- at the time. (important to note i felt disoriented and frustrated with myself for dozing off bc i was "wasting time" and then also got mad when i noticed my stomach no longer felt full).

have not eaten since and i have yet to have a craving.


*9:30ishpm: got slight hunger + craving. ended up eating a portion of rice, 2 plaintain, and a chicken leg. still felt that fullness in my stomach


*12:40am ish: ate 6 crackers, still felt slight fullness in stomach
