July 1, 2023 (officially 6 months into the year...)

i rlly need to make being in control a habit
i cannot have this 1-3 good days/4-5 bad days routine anymore

- 2 eggs w/ mozzarella cheese & ketchup

- jumbo cookie from jersey mikes cuz i couldn't get over my cinnamon craving

- clam chowder @ tgif alongside chips & spinach dip + 1 fry (hardly any appetite here)

- greasy ass nutella donut (after i heated it up) cuz again cinnabon craving but not options for cinnabon
