- small eater training: healthy, minimally processed foods for most cravings
- 1 bite every 1-10 minutes, slower chewing + CHEW TOY
- HALF PORTIONS (or 1/4th) especially for outings | I:F | forced restriction outing! | VISUALIZATION
- vyvanse every morning, metamucil (most) nights @ 7pm

S: (late snack at 5pm~) small white bowl/plate of half rice & salmon my father stole from me(got like 1 bite of salmon), also had some pcs of meat in it(or mushrooms? nah i think it's meat) other half was iceberg lettuce, 3 carrots, and 1/4 avocado with a pinky of seasonal salt

D: honey bun, yogurt, 4 strawberries (ate slowly for around 1 hr and 40 mins)
