MW: 198.4 (sigh - i'm on my period so it may or may not contribute as i've never noticed a difference but still)

**NEW FOOD HABITS**

- small eater training: healthy, minimally processed foods for most cravings 

- 1 bite every 1-10 minutes, slower chewing + CHEW TOY

-  HALF PORTIONS (or 1/4th) especially for outings | I:F | forced restriction outing! | VISUALIZATION

- vyvanse every morning, metamucil (most) nights @ 7pm

B: -- | mouthful of lettuce after taking ibuprofen

S: (late snack at 5pm~) small white bowl/plate of half rice & salmon my father stole from me(got like 1 bite of salmon), also had some pcs of meat in it(or mushrooms? nah i think it's meat) other half was iceberg lettuce, 3 carrots, and 1/4 avocado with a pinky of seasonal salt

wanted to eat again an hour later...


D: honey bun, yogurt, 4 strawberries (ate slowly for around 1 hr and 40 mins)

9:00: egg w/ 1/2 slice american cheese, some ketchup, 5 carrots w/ pb

Cals: 115 + 15 & ~45 = 175


Total:  ~1,047 / x | 600-1,400



Exercise: walking, couch w/o


Extra: tangerine (40), spoon of cottage cheese (~30), 10 cashews (80), 8 grapes (16)



~ghost calories~: several spoons of rice, 3 cashews, 2 small spoons of cottage cheese
