1 tbsp metamucil = 45 cals, 7.5 grams of soluble fiber
2 tbsp metamucil = 90 cals, 15 grams of soluble fiber
3 tbsp metamucil = 135 cals, 22.5 grams of soluble fiber
4 tbsp metamucil = 180 (180) cals, 30 grams of soluble fiber
