Goals

My goal weight changes all the time, right now its 125 but i'm fine anywhere in the region of 125-120.

I want to lose as much weight as i can and return to my comfortable weight, my goal is to be at least 120lbs.

 

System

25/July| Started with IF + KETO + NO KCAL LIMIT + WORKOUT |

23/August| Dropped Keto and changed to a kcal limit of 1000-1200 per day |

November| Started setting monthly goal weights | 55KG

December | : Setting my goal to 53KG

 

What to expect

Every day i will post my food log and probably gonna ramble/vent a lot lol.

I'll post my weight every week.

Well what can i say about today, i got very dizzy and sleepy, i had to take a nap on the break room at work because i just couldn't function properly :( 

and then i went to the gym cuz i skipped yesterday and didn't really want to skip today, got home and had a fight with my dad which ruined my mood. Made me not really eat during my period so i actually started my fast at 10:13pm, it's fine since i usually start eat at around 2:30pm everyday.

I really fuck up today! 

I didn't sleep last night so i was trying to survive the whole day on coffee and small naps, i don't know what was i thinking when i got that triple shot espresso i was just trying to stay up and energetic for the gym so i decided to drinking that totally forgetting about the carb intake :(

THAT'S WHY I WENT OVER!

I'm so stupid!

But then i started working out and i was looking at my reflection in the mirror and i hated it so much i couldn't even complete my workouts and i just left..

Hi 

i'm back!

 

I've been MIA for 2 weeks now, I got COVID-19 so things were very hard, i wasn't on keto or intermittent fasting during it so i have gained so much weight im fucking embarrassed to weigh in tbh

 

Anyways, I'll be starting again on the 15th so wish me luck

So today was good, but not great i was daydreaming about eating the chicken all day and it turned out shit :( 

as for my workout, i was planing on doing more cardio but physically couldn't because rona damaged my lungs and i found it hard to breathe so i think i'll stick to low intensity cardio for now until i'm 100% again.

I'm annoyed! i haven't had a BM in days and its giving me anxiety because my weight isn't going down as fast as i want it

i mean i eat not more than 700kcal and workout and burn about 200-400kcal and on keto and intermittent fast but my fucked up body is constipated and isn't losing weight..

I'm saying this because i log what i ate the next day so i've already weighed myself after eating the above mentioned foods.

Here's the thing

I will be changing my system and getting off keto because i don't know.. i'm not in the right mindset.

 

New System

 

1. Eat 1000-1200 kcal

2. Weigh ins every Friday

3. Workout at the gym (5 days / week)

4. Drink 1.5+ liters of water

5. Intermittent Fasting (16:8)

6. Cheat day on Friday (No Calorie Counting)

 

I have started with this system today, but i wont be weighing myself since i'm on my period and frankly scared because i have been binging since Friday.

 

So Starting Friday the 27th I'll start weekly weigh ins and healthy balanced diet (even though 1000kcal is unhealthy).

Beginning of October i started at: 58.1KG

This month i'm starting at 57.1KG

Making my October month Lost: 1KG

Not very happy about that, so lets see what this month will bring.

 

I'm not sure what i can change in my diet or workouts to lose again, maybe i should increase my intake to 1000 but kind of scared to :(

I'm setting a goal for this month to get down to 55KG.

My day was actually hectic, i have this issue with work is that the manager or whatever she is, doesn't stay in the office, she's always out and never answers her phone. she also does this think is that she gives clients my number and tells them to get the "update" from me and she knows that i have no access to the system and she wouldn't give me the access even though I've been working here for 3 months now.

That's why i hate it here and the stress is giving me ibs flare ups.

    Had a hectic day, went for site visits from 1:00PM and didn't eat nothing until i was home at 6:00PM wasn't very hungry just tired. Fasted for 20hrs though so that's good i guess maybe it'll help with my weight loss. Also i'm still not working out because of my knee, the tests and x-ray i did on Wednesday all came negative and i'm completely healthy, and the doctor said i wasn't deficient in any vitamin thank god. So she just said it might be inflammation and i can just take any over the counter anti-inflammatory drugs.

    So i'm taking some days off and i'll be getting my period soon so i'll take those days off too and hopefully i get better and start working out again.

    So my dress came today and it was very tight on me, i wanted to die!

    Also i had  a fight with my mom, because she is a fucking bully and she thinks she giving me advice!!!

    She's such a bully who's fucking delusional and thinks that she "advising me" what bullshit is that!
    she's been doing that since forever but started again 3 days ago and i was quite and i've ignored it and then yesterday she started saying i look ugly and my body isn't pretty because im "too thin" and then my brother stood up to her told her that if she's happy with how she looks you don't have the right to say her body is ugly, every person is free to do whatever they want with their body.
    she didn't even argue with him about it saying "oh no i'm just advising her to eat more so she'll look pretty and meet someone"
    THAT FUCKING BITCH!

    So Yesterday she kept saying it again and again, she came into my room just looking around saying "oh i'm so ashamed of how your room looks, why can't you be like other girls and change your decor, or buy some jewelry, i told her i don't have any money and you know how my car breaks down every month and i pay a lot and then she was like NO! YOU HAVE MONEY! BUT YOU'RE CHEAP!"
    so i snapped and called her a bully and told her to go google what bullying is since you think it's an advice to treat me like this.

    The reason i'm calling her a bully is because she keeps doing this stupid face around me trying to explain how my face looks she keeps saying "look at me, look at me, your face looks like this' and she does this (Van Gogh Screaming man Painting)

    she keeps saying i look like that face because i'm too thin.
    She turns it around saying "oh i care about you and i want you to eat, and i always ask you what you wanna eat and whatever and i'm just saying this so you change and BE LIKE OTHER WOMEN!"

    I hate her so much, she never says anything good about me, she's always comparing me to my cousins, to other women, believe me when i say She NEVER said i was beautiful, whenever a family member visits and says i'm beautiful she says "oh but she's too thin, she doesn't eat and she looks sick" She never just accepts me of who i am she always been a bully and a fucking hater.

    oh i found out i was calculating my calories wrong, i was recording olive oil on MFP when i haven't added it on my salads so for the last 4 days i was eating 100kcal less than what i posted here. but i'm still not losing anything!

    Hating how i look rn! and hating the fact that i'm low restricting and depriving myself but still not losing weight, i'm the same weight as i was last week which makes this week a total waste of time.

      i totally understand how frustrating the plateau is, ugh. i know this may sound counterintuitive, but if you raise your intake a bit you might be able to kick the plateau then get back to losing like you were before ! you're doing great regardless, don't let the frustration get in the way of all the progress you've made ! you got this <3 following :)

      OMG! I have been on a plateau this whole week and the week before losing only 0.1kg, i'm so happy that i lost 1.3kg

        So this day was a lot, i was saying yesterday how i wanted to wax my legs and stuff, so what i did was i left work on my break, waxed my legs lol and came back then after work i went to do my eyebrows then to the gym, 

        so at the gym, idk how it happened but my back was hurting so i couldn't do any squats but thankfully what little workouts i did burned a good amount of calories. 

        anyways, in my to do list what i have left are:

        2. Hair wash & blow dry (wednesday)

        I am really considering skipping gym on wednesday and go straight home to do my hair cuz that takes 3 hours and also because it's leg day again and i can afford skipping it since i already did legs twice this week.

        Got so busy with work and ended up fasting for 19 hours, anyways i weighed in this morning and i'm the same weight as i was last week, i gained during my maintenance days (1200 kcal) and haven't lost any.

        I FUCKING GAINED EATING 1200 KCAL FOR TWO DAYS!!!

        i don't think maintenance days work for me, it's the same cycle of losing the whole week and then gaining it all back on the weekends and then trying to lose again the next week! 

        Fuck this shit! i'll be going to a wedding on Thursday and i'll eat as much as i want to because FUCK IT...

        I was thinking of last week on thursday

        i didn't have any soup and i noticed that i lost a significant amount in one day. Like 2 lbs in one day.

         

        Maybe i'm not calculating my soups correctly or maybe it's because of the salt in them. I will be testing that by not having any soup today and see if i lose any weight tomorrow. 

        and will be doing that next week as well i.e after the wedding feast lol

        My day was great, i tried to eat as little as possible before the wedding so i actually ate about 109 calories and the went to the wedding, i ate more than usual of course but i wouldn't call it a binge because i can't binge in public lol

        i danced and walked around alot to try and burn some calories haha

        So i thought i fucked up because i had that subway sandwich but i guess what i ordered there actually saved me, i had whole wheat bread with lettuce, watercress, cucumber, tomatoes, olives and pickles and the dressing was mustard (No cheese and no high calories dressings) i knew mustard was the only one with the lowest calories and i knew veggies have around 10 to 15 calories so it was a success.

        Rest of the day was ok, didn't workout cuz i need the break tbh

        My day was hectic af, i had to go to site visits which took the whole day and i haven't eaten anything so i actually fasted for 20 hours and then i went straight to the gym so decided to drink some BCAAs just so i don't pass out lol 
        these days I've been having some issues with my left knee :( i cant do any leg workouts like squats, lunges or any workouts. The doctors keep saying i should rest and i did rest for a week but it's not better. 
        Also, I still didn't lose any weight! usually fasting for 20 hours helps with plateaus but this time it didn't :( 
        praying for a whoosh before the end of the month.

        I noticed something.. If i ate below 900 i don't lose any weight but if i eat more i do! so i guess i'll stick with eating 920 -930 kcal a day. 
        My day was fine except for this sore throat that won't go away :( i'm sure it's not covid since i got it before and it starts with a cough. looks like i'm getting sick again

        i got Tonsillitis so eating whatever without weighing or counting calories

         

        I'm feeling a little better so i'll try and stay on my limit today.

        TMI* I've been swallowing mucus the whole day yesterday and now i feel like i'm gonna puke, also starting to cough but the tonsils are a little better thanks to antibiotics. Kind of hoping my voice changes haha so people at work don't bother me.

          Had a hectic day, went for site visits from 1:00PM and didn't eat nothing until i was home at 6:00PM wasn't very hungry just tired. Fasted for 20hrs though so that's good i guess maybe it'll help with my weight loss. Also i'm still not working out because of my knee, the tests and x-ray i did on Wednesday all came negative and i'm completely healthy, and the doctor said i wasn't deficient in any vitamin thank god. So she just said it might be inflammation and i can just take any over the counter anti-inflammatory drugs.

          So i'm taking some days off and i'll be getting my period soon so i'll take those days off too and hopefully i get better and start working out again.

          So, i noticed that if i ate at 1100kcal i maintain my weight, does that mean my maintenance is at 1100kcal?

          That's pretty low tbh, I'll see how much my weight is after the weekends and i might increase to 1200kcal

          very scared of gaining and i'd rather stay restricting at 1100kcal and be this weight than increase my intake and gain.

"can i call?" and he called me and we just talked and i cried and he tried to make me laugh while i was cursing the fuck out of my boss lol
