I don't think I've mentioned this yet but I have a new colleague - she's very clearly disordered; keeps talking about food and sneering at my snacks I keep at work. Openly complains about food others have, keeps talking about having joined the gym. Also her Facebook is public and full of bodychecks. I feel extremely watched at work with her commenting so much on what I'm eating. She said something like "I thought I snacked a lot but you eat way more than me," and "I don't eat anything /that/ processed," and "I can't believe you finished that," and just, so much more but imagine every day full of that kind of crap. I'm skinnier than her, I know that, but she's very quickly gone and made being at work extremely difficult. She 'never eats at work like I do' and 'hates eating that much' and honestly she can fuck off with all her comments about my food. But also ~~~ I was triggered as hell~~~

So yeah I had breakfast to try and help with the daytime snacking to get less comments today but yeah it didn't help. So snacking happened anyway.

Breakfast was a bowl of overnight oats I made last night - 30g kialla cacao overnight oats with psyllium husks, forme yoghurt, chocolate protein powder and sweetened PB2 to top. Also a black coffee.

Through the workday I had an avalanche sugar free toffee drink mix, an instant coffee, two Konjac jelly pouches, a macro mike white chocolate and berry protein shake, a Musashi energy drink, and an Atkins protein drink. Also two squares of dream white chocolate (colleague brought chocolate in and I'm a freaking disaster). 481 calories in total. Goddamn and that was occasionally my entire day intake what the hell.

I got home, binged in front of my SO, threw up.

Then inexplicably ate a protein bar. 214 calorie chocolate caramel INC bar.

I need to just freaking weigh myself and use that as my humiliating kick to get a grip. I bet it's bad. I bet it's out of control. Then I can put it up here and shame myself.

Maybe I'll do it tomorrow morning.
