Today it's May 1. Hopefully this month will be a bit better than April. I've already planned what I'm going to eat this week and I've also planned to work out more so my net cals are even lower. I hope I'm able to stick to it

I've been having a lot of thoughts about binging and it's getting worse every day. I really want to say "fuck it" and eat a big pepperoni pizza, but I know I'll regret it

Okay so I tried my best to not let my thoughts win lol but I did have pizza today. I was craving it soooo bad, I just had to have it. The thing is, you can eat whatever you want to eat, but that doesn't mean you have to eat a lot. It's all about moderation. As long as my net calories are lower, I'm good. I need to stop stressing over food, because I'm still losing weight regardless of what I eat. Of course you should try to eat healthier food, but I'm not gonna drop dead or become obese overnight because I chose to eat pizza today instead of a chicken salad

Gained 0.7 kg overnight, so I'm fasting today LOL. I'm pretty sure the pizza and the slush I had yesterday made me gain some food/water weight

I binged today. Knew this would happen sooner or later. I was going to continue to eat, but I managed to stop myself. I was going to eat 2 big chocolate bars and an entire chocolate cake LOL. Disappointed in myself, but tomorrow is a new day and I will stick to 900 net cals or less

45 days down, 45 days left. I didn't expect to go through this diet plan without binging, but I'm still a bit upset that I have done it 5-6 times already. I've only gained 0.3 kg from the last two days, which obviously is food weight and not actual fat. I know I won't binge the rest of the week, so I'm good for now

I saw a skinny and really pretty girl at the mall today. She was holding a bag of fries and she was eating while looking at me. She smirked, and for some reason, it really triggered me. I felt like she was thinking "Ha, I'm so skinny and I can eat fries, while you're just a failed anorexic".This doesn't even make sense, but it was so triggering. I can't stop thinking about it
