Exercise: A walk

This weekend was really busy and exhausting. I saw my mom yesterday because she was in the city, we got our nails done and she has SO MANY things planned for this summer (camping trips and other family events) I’m going to be ridiculously busy and stressed out and probably won’t see any weight loss between that, my husband’s birthday in a few weeks and visiting my in-laws for 10 days. I’m already about to have an anxiety attack just thinking about it.
Tomorrow I have a medical appointment (routine follow up with a specialist - not my PCP.) I don’t think my weight or ED will come up, but I might have to have an FNA biopsy done in my neck, which I’m not exactly looking forward to - and especially the expenses that will follow.



Also, today would have been my best friend’s birthday. She’d be 28. She died a week after her 18th birthday, so she’s been gone almost an entire decade now. I really miss her. We were best friends from the time we were 5 & 6 years old until her death.
