lol well that was fun while it lasted. typical story, i got a minor craving for pizza rolls around what would be my usual snack time. i was in a pretty lax state of mind so i didn't oppose it even tho i knew i should and felt i could easily ignore the craving - if i wanted to. but the problem is often in these moments, i just don't care despite knowing how it will make me feel afterwards and how i often eat more than intended which is exactly what happened. at the end of the day, it wasn't too bad but i definitely was not allowing myself to eat more after that lmao, i popped some ephedrine and called it a day. i'm so over overeating, as long as i stay under 1,600 i won't hate myself too much but no promises.
friends want to hang out tomorrow so it looks like it might be a 1,600 day, too. gonna go back to 950 after, and i really wanna reintroduce fasting as well. fasting is literally my saving grace, i just need the self control and motivation to do it.

Oatmeal, Quest-bars, rice cakes and Halo-top, oh the nostalgia of every ED-site 3-5 years ago, I love it!
I understand how hard it must be to up your intake after so long, but you're doing amazing sweetie (lol). This is the smarter thing to do.

I had a migraine again today, but it seems to finally be gone. However I’m so fucking stressed out because my mom texted me a few hours ago wanting to do stuff Friday/this weekend while she’s in the city visiting her boyfriend. That always means eating over my intake, and I’m just not fucking ready to do that after increasing my cals this week. Especially knowing we’re going over there the weekend after for Mother’s Day and I’ll only have the 5 days in between to restrict again. I hate when she springs plans on me last minute (okay I know it’s a few days in advance but I need at least a few weeks notice to mentally prepare lol.) She might want us to go to her place too, and I don’t know what to do. I wish everyone would leave me alone so I can isolate and restrict in peace without interruption.

Usually this med is like ~$1000(!!!!) and insurance companies rarely cover it, but I think I can qualify for an assistance program through the drug company that will allow me to get it cheaper for at least a month or two.
