ughh my mom asked for help on how to lose weight, and i replied, just eat less than what your body burns
told her to eat 500 calories less than her maintenance calories, which is 1 pound a week
then she asked how much i think i've lost, and i'm just like uhmmm i dunno :|... wtf do i sayyy???
don't want her to calculate that i've consistently lost 10 lbs a month basically, or that i've lost enough of my body weight to be hospitalized or something... idk
