todays weigh in: 171.2lbs again, annoying but at least its not a gain! i had a rlly small bm this morning also so it may be a bit of food weight.
intake: 786
so at 11am i had this go ahead apple breakfast bar thing which i thought came with two slices in a packet so was 110 cals but it acc has 3 so it was 165 which kinda has fucked w the rest of todays intake but GOD IT WAS GOOD i couldnt leave it at just two bars i had to have the third hahahaha. gonna have lunch at 1ish maybe 1:30 n have some soup with one of the big 75 cal crackers n probs some ham bc need to get through that!
lunch was soup (192) and a giant cracker (75). i had 4 mini chocolate orange eggs (78 cals and truly not worth it ffs). dinner was two vietnamese rice paper rolls i made with omlette, cucumber and teriyaki sauce with more cucumber on the side and sweet potato fries (276 altogether). it wasnt rlly very filling rip n i ate it at 5:30 so ive got loads of time to feel hungry again before bed (( i only have 14 cals left. ive been feeling a lot hungrier recently, idk if its bc ive not been doing much/if anything so ive been hungry out of boredom???
i also put in a facebook group asking about sizing of this brand and said i might just go with the size i was thinking n if it doesnt fit i will fit into it in a couple months as im losing weight n someone was like “oh i absolutely dont recommend doing that bc it ends up not fitting and its too late to return it” and idk how to politely and non-suspiciously say i will be that size and it’ll only take a couple months lol. i replied back saying “i completely get you ive just been buying clothes in my size then a few months later they dont fit anymore so i end up wasting money” lmao
it seems from what shes said in the rest of the comment that she lost a lot of weight and gained it all back and im DETERMINED for that to not be me

no offence to the person who said that thing to you about the clothes but they absolutely WILL fit you in a couple months and you'll look wicked and you'll keep the weight off. sometimes those normie comments are such nonsense haha but glad it was motivating at least
on that note, congrats on hitting your 171 goal!! you're all set to be in the 160s by the end of april!!
also TOOT monster munch slapsssss, i'm all about the spicy flavour... also... nik naks. underrated crisp imo. instant mash is SUCH a shout!!! i used to love it. you've got me craving all my fave childhood foods!

GOD NIKNAKS WERE MY MOST FAVOURITE CRISPS IN EXISTENCE BEFORE MY RELAPSE and those lil 25p alien crisps (which i remember being 10p at one point what a scandal). however a packet is 112 cals so tbf they are always available as a treat! instant mash is like 104 cals per serving or something which is 30g which isnt a bad amount but i usually do 45g but its SO GOOD

todays weigh in: yall,,,, 170.2lbs AHHH i so so so hope to see 169 tomorrow! my rolling average is 170.4lbs which is nice!
intake:
so its 11am n im gonna shower then go to the studio where i used to work to buy a new bar for my snake bite piercing. they also run a cafe and the food is so so so good but you know nothing is under 1000 cals
had lentil n bacon soup for lunch (not bad but probs wouldnt buy again) (234 cals) which i didnt completely finish then an apple (62ish cals it weighs more than what the back of the bag says but mfp doesnt give the option to put grams for the brand so put that it was 1.5 apples lmao which is 62 cals but it was 116g so just under 1.5 so yeh whatever).
dinner is gonna be sushi! mum said she would treat me to a take out bc im lookint after the dogs whilst she goes out with dad n some pals n it would be sus if i said no but also i can buy some ramen and maki n it’ll fit my cals. idk if i should do a higher cal day today or stick with what im doing ahhh. ok decided im gonna stick with what im doing bc it is 100% working and when i hit my next plateau im gonna have a higher cal day for a couple days n see if that helps!
i got some cucumber maki (150 - it is 146 but im rounding up) and the spicy seafood ramen (280 - it is 274 but again rounding up) and 3 cals (technically less bc i didnt have a whole teaspoon worth) of soy sauce but it was dark soy sauce that my parents had n it rlly wasnt v nice hahaha idk why but yo sushi forgot to put in soy sauce rip. NO ONE WAS LYING WHEN THEY SAID THE RAMEN IS SPICY THO WTF i was like its a chain restaurant it cant be that spicy like nothing else on their menu is hot and oh my god free lip filler they r juicyyyy hahahaha it was so yummy tho it was a kimchi broth which was yummy n seafood is my jam so was tasty! just put it into mfp as it was actually an option on there and there was a LOT of sodium in the ramen so ive gone over the recommended sodium intake by 351mg lmao (recommended is 2300 n im at 2651) so i am expecting my bloating to remain lmao and maybe even to hold some weight tho im not sure how much sodium effects that i just know its bad for bloating! oh well i cant weigh myself tomorrow anyway as im staying at my parents for tonight so will have to wait til monday anyway! i dont usually consume that much sodium like always less than 1000 n a lot of days less than 500!
then had three strawberry fizzy laces bc my mum bought me some n it was 72 cals for three n so worth the cals bc theyre DELICIOUS.
so todays intake technically comes to 800 exactly however i overestimated the maki by 4 cals, the ramen by 6 cals and i also didnt finish the ramen i left some broth and noodles and i also didnt finish the soup from lunch so even if the cals in the maki n ramen were more than what was on the menu then i should still be at 800 bc of what i didnt actually finish n the over estimating so hopefully !!! idk why im so paranoid about going over lmao i think i just feel guilty that ive had sweets and a take out even tho it was healthy takeout but the sodium has thrown me off a bit n idk im just so fucken desperate to get to 150lbs n i am getting closer n closer im over two thirds of the way there AHHHHH n when im there i can go see my friend so hopefully in two months, three at the MAX i can go down n see him (this is a long story i will lyk about it soon hahaha)
