ABC Before & After. Quarantine with me (27/04)

I'm sick of being the same weight as I was a few months ago. I need to start losing again. I'm at my mom's house right now, where I have to pretend that I eat like a normal human being so I might even gain during this week.
Two years ago starting the ABC diet has helped me to get used to low restriction (I haven't finished it, unfortunately). The only thing I would like to change are fast days - I will be fasting every Friday, because I'm taking part of A Fast Friday group.
I'm gonna post before pictures on Monday.
Edit:
Before photos
I'm bloated because of purging so my stomach looks even fatter then it is. I can't look at myself. Bleh

Let's see foods that are super low cal:
Coffee creamer (sugar-free)
Miracle noodles
Celery
Seaweed
Coffee
A flavored rice-corn cake
Strawberries
Basically, this is an almost fast day so I'll behave myself.

Good luck with your diet!Hi! I'm starting today. Omop on the 200 calorie days it's way easier to consider stuff like coffee creamer as "food" because the 200 calories add up quickly.

I'm probably going to eat cucumbers and carrots on the 100-200 calorie days

Yeah, I've lost the ability to low restriction during recovery and I need to gain it back.I’m starting the ABC diet tomorrow I need to train myself to restrict again after being recovered for over a year (and gaining that whole time ) so I’m right there with you. Best of luck!

Why everyone tries to feed me whenever I'm restricting? They don't even know I do! Egh...
427/500 calories
Ramadan helps a little because I'm too thirsty during the day to even think about food.

Breakfast: 2 radishes, 1/2 of cucumber, kopytka
250/300 calories
I was feeling very tired throughout the day, even depressed maybe.
I was making presentation during my online classes and of course I had to take more meds in order to be able to speak because of my social anxiety. I would love to be normal... not have to take pills before meeting people. As much as I would like to this corona virus thing to end, it helps me not taking too much medications and gives my guts, my mind a break.
Here's how my breakfast has looked:

@BrilletA, what is kopytka exactly? Easy or difficult to make?

i'd rather:
be cold than sweaty
bruise easily than have red blotches on my skin
be criticized for eating too little than too much
be dainty not chubby
have clothes that are too big, not too small
i want to be the opposite of what I am right now
i don’t want to be me.

I'm feeling really down. Idk. I will have a little break from uni - a doctor's certificate stating that my mental condition doesn't allow me to participate in lectures for two weeks for now. We'll see if I'll be able to come back after this time. I'm changing my meds, so I might feel even worse, but I hope it won't be the case.
Breakfast: cottage cheese (202 calories), 2 rice cakes (76 cals), tsp of jam (98 cals)

I love making charts in the Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, so I'm also making one for the ABC diet:
Love this! I do it too, I have an excel for my weightloss/calories so that i can get a chart that shows how it's going over the months, plus a sort of 'goal thermometer' to see where i'm at with my current goal

I participate in A Fast Friday group and it was Friday, so you know lol
I wanted to switch fasting days with eating days so I would eat the "right" amount calories during the diet, but now I'm thinking that doing more fasts won't hurt me.

I binged and purged.
8383382/200
(Joke of course)
I ate 5 rice cakes, a chocolate (big one), 3/5 jar of chocolate spread, 12 oreo double creme and around 200 g of veggies
I think I'm just gonna add one more day to the diet (200 calories day) and make up for eating over the calorie limit.

Breakfast: cottage cheese (202 cals), cucumber (13 cals), red pepper (37 cals), 5 radishes (15 cals)
267/300 calories
I think I'm gonna start exercising again because I've been kinda couch potato for about 3-4 weeks and I don't like how it makes me feel.

Do you often feel dizzy during your ABC Diet? Anyway good luck and stay strong! I'm rooting for you!
No. I was feeling dizzy and my vision was getting blurry on Sunday but it was after a binging day so my blood sugar level has dropped I believe. But next two weeks will be a little more challenging so we'll see

Day 11
Dinner: 10 rice cakes (380 cals) and some veggies (99 cals)
FAIL
380/150
I'm trying to up my water intake because I was drinking so little for like a month or so. 0.8 l of water and a few cups of coffee a day. But today I think I've had too much (2 l of water and 4 cups of coffee) and I'm feeling nauseous, bleh.
I finally managed to get out of bed! I went for a walk and did some light exercises (225 cals burned). So even if I ate more calories than I was supposed to, it was a good day for me

I wish I could eat something but it's like I'm too scared somehow. I can't. I just can't.
Edit:
0/200
Burned: 245 calories
I'll have to eat tommorrow I think, because I have to do a presentation for uni. I wouldn't eat if I would do it alone but we're working in pairs, ehhh. Don't get me wrong, I like this guy that I have the presentation with but I'm angry because I will have to have a clear mind if I want him to be able to understand me, ya know haha

You've done so well so far, good luck for the rest! And I hope you can be in a better place mentally hopefully the change in medication helps
Posted 09 May 2020 - 09:00 AM
379/400
6 x small Rice cakes (19 cals each), 3 radishes, 1 cucumber + unpictured 4 cookies (55 cals each)
I purged everything immediately after eating. But I'm triggered by having "dirty" stomach after consuming something so I might binge later (kinda weird mentality I know).
