Hello MPA! Here is my accountability thread. I will be updating weekly as I go through this process this year! I am hoping to lose 26 lbs total. I am starting this accountability thread having already lost 6 pounds. It's been slow going but I'm working on it. I will be slowly decreasing from high restriction to mid restriction by the end of June. I eat up to my TDEE on days I'm with people, and by June will decrease to eating my BMR when I'm with people.
SW: 136.8 (January)
CW: 131 (April 11)
GW 1: 125 (May 15)
GW 2: 120 (June 1)
GW 3: 115 (August 1)
GW 4: 110 (November 15)
Non-Number goals:
- shorts fitting loser
- watch fitting a hole tighter
- fitting into size 26 jeans
- fitting into size 25 jeans
- thighs stop touching
- visible ribs
- visible collarbones
I will also have a weekly, attainable goal, to help me feel better about my progress.
I eat whole foods and veg, including dairy. I occasionally eat processed foods when I have a craving, but I try not to. I only drink socially. I DO honor cravings when I have them, as I find this helps prevent a binge.
I'm giving myself one day a week to eat up to my TDEE on a full res week, if I am not around other people. I also allow myself one coffee from a shop a week.
My only exercise is walking every day.

Weekly Summary:

Friday: Passover, lots of asparagus, 1/4th cup brisket, small portion of potatoes... matzah, charoset... no clue what this adds up to, but I fasted up to it.
Saturday: family day... omelette, one piece of turkey bacon, pretzel bites, smoothie
Sunday: Easter, 1/2 a biscuit, one almond croissant, a smoothie, one cup of chicken salad
Comments: Easter and Passover made it difficult to restrict fully, but at a mid point this week I hit 126.8 after laxatives. Of course my end of the week weight was higher due to food intake on the weekend, but I restricted where I could and I am currently on hour 22 of a fast. It was only supposed to be a 20 hour fast but I may go for 24 hours just to do it... I'm not hungry right now so it just depends on the feelings I get. I have class in a bit and then I'm going to the grocery store to get some drinks and fruit I have a lot of daily harvest saved in my freezer to get through so I may do that this week to get through it. Overall, Happy with how the week went as I did hit 128 at the end of the week despite the weight gain from the weekend.

Comments:
I went out of town this weekend again and had a really difficult time restricting just due to social expectations and norms. That's okay though, after laxatives I was down to 126.8, and I have maintained that with food in my system so I know I am losing. I'm really trying to get away from the laxatives but I left my Magnesium pills out of town so I'm definitely kind of, shall we say, stuck.
