i don’t have the link, but i read a post on reddit a while ago by a fast food worker who said that the frozen foods came from the factories counted accurately but any variety in calorie total would come down to human interference, such as putting more sauce on a burger. although my dad works fast food and told me that his boss actually told him to serve as little as they could get away with to save on costs. so the calories are probably less than you think (;
