Weight: n/a. I’m still unable to shit after more than a week, no way in hell I’m stepping on the scale until I have a decent BM.
Calories total today: 800
-Morning: Nothing
-Afternoon: Lemon Two Good yogurt (80 cals) + Mint tea (0 cals)
-Evening: Thai Style Coconut Chicken Soup (600 cals) + A&W Root Beer Zero Sugar (0 cals)
Extra: Mango for “dessert” (120 cals)
Exercise: Went for a walk.
I’m doing some stuff with my mom tomorrow and not looking forward to having to break my routine, especially while I’m still getting used to the higher intake. And I measured out my mango slices very precisely so it would fit my into my calorie allotment but idk, I’m paranoid it was more than that because THEY TASTE SO. DAMN. GOOD.
Oh and I picked up my new migraine drug today! It was 100% free with the copay card thing. I took my first dose around 6 this evening and haven’t had any side effects so far. I hope it does what it’s supposed to.

Same dressing room ~2ish years apart, outfit similarities are entirely coincidental lol. The jeans I was wearing on the right got way too big for me so I’ve since sold them on Poshmark. BMI ~16 on the left and ~23(?) on the right; not my highest weight but still felt disgusting.
And these pics are around the same BMI (~16’s) 7 years apart. In fact I’m a couple lbs heavier in the pic on the right, yet I feel like I look significantly bigger on the left (currently)? Excuse my depressed, flabby ass cheeks….my butt has become one of my biggest body insecurities since losing weight. Also that super unflattering camera angle yikes

you look honestly perfect. And your outfit is super pretty! Especially because of your skin tone, hair color and eyes, you wear green tones so well <3 I think you look of the same BMI in both pics, but since there's more shadow in the older pic and more lighting is hitting your body in the recent one, it just makes it appear differently. Also, your ass is cute and looks very lifted!
I hope those new migraine meds will work for you this time, like actually whenever you need them to.
