I'm not tube fed but I practice intuitive eating and as I've slowly lowered my calories, my desire to eat has decreased with it. I'm supposed to hold steady at 1000 calories but lately I've been at around 500 and just eating when I feel hungry. The longer you restrict the more fucked your hunger signals get. Ignoring them or only slightly listening helps... But I get it, its sometimes easier to just not? Get busy doing other things, ect
