My goal weight changes all the time, right now its 125 but i'm fine anywhere in the region of 125-120.
I want to lose as much weight as i can and return to my comfortable weight, my goal is to be at least 120lbs.

25/July| Started with IF + KETO + NO KCAL LIMIT + WORKOUT |
23/August| Dropped Keto and changed to a kcal limit of 1000-1200 per day |
November| Started setting monthly goal weights | 55KG
December | : Setting my goal to 53KG

Every day i will post my food log and probably gonna ramble/vent a lot lol.
I'll post my weight every week.

Well what can i say about today, i got very dizzy and sleepy, i had to take a nap on the break room at work because i just couldn't function properly
and then i went to the gym cuz i skipped yesterday and didn't really want to skip today, got home and had a fight with my dad which ruined my mood. Made me not really eat during my period so i actually started my fast at 10:13pm, it's fine since i usually start eat at around 2:30pm everyday.

I really fuck up today!
I didn't sleep last night so i was trying to survive the whole day on coffee and small naps, i don't know what was i thinking when i got that triple shot espresso i was just trying to stay up and energetic for the gym so i decided to drinking that totally forgetting about the carb intake
THAT'S WHY I WENT OVER!
I'm so stupid!
But then i started working out and i was looking at my reflection in the mirror and i hated it so much i couldn't even complete my workouts and i just left..

i'm back!
I've been MIA for 2 weeks now, I got COVID-19 so things were very hard, i wasn't on keto or intermittent fasting during it so i have gained so much weight im fucking embarrassed to weigh in tbh
Anyways, I'll be starting again on the 15th so wish me luck

So today was good, but not great i was daydreaming about eating the chicken all day and it turned out shit
as for my workout, i was planing on doing more cardio but physically couldn't because rona damaged my lungs and i found it hard to breathe so i think i'll stick to low intensity cardio for now until i'm 100% again.

I'm annoyed! i haven't had a BM in days and its giving me anxiety because my weight isn't going down as fast as i want it
i mean i eat not more than 700kcal and workout and burn about 200-400kcal and on keto and intermittent fast but my fucked up body is constipated and isn't losing weight..
I'm saying this because i log what i ate the next day so i've already weighed myself after eating the above mentioned foods.

Here's the thing
I will be changing my system and getting off keto because i don't know.. i'm not in the right mindset.
☆New System☆
1. Eat 1000-1200 kcal
2. Weigh ins every Friday
3. Workout at the gym (5 days / week)
4. Drink 1.5+ liters of water
5. Intermittent Fasting (16:8)
6. Cheat day on Friday (No Calorie Counting)
I have started with this system today, but i wont be weighing myself since i'm on my period and frankly scared because i have been binging since Friday.
So Starting Friday the 27th I'll start weekly weigh ins and healthy balanced diet (even though 1000kcal is unhealthy).

That's why i hate it here and the stress is giving me ibs flare ups.

Had a hectic day, went for site visits from 1:00PM and didn't eat nothing until i was home at 6:00PM wasn't very hungry just tired. Fasted for 20hrs though so that's good i guess maybe it'll help with my weight loss. Also i'm still not working out because of my knee, the tests and x-ray i did on Wednesday all came negative and i'm completely healthy, and the doctor said i wasn't deficient in any vitamin thank god. So she just said it might be inflammation and i can just take any over the counter anti-inflammatory drugs.
So i'm taking some days off and i'll be getting my period soon so i'll take those days off too and hopefully i get better and start working out again.

she's been doing that since forever but started again 3 days ago and i was quite and i've ignored it and then yesterday she started saying i look ugly and my body isn't pretty because im "too thin" and then my brother stood up to her told her that if she's happy with how she looks you don't have the right to say her body is ugly, every person is free to do whatever they want with their body.
she didn't even argue with him about it saying "oh no i'm just advising her to eat more so she'll look pretty and meet someone"
THAT FUCKING BITCH!
So Yesterday she kept saying it again and again, she came into my room just looking around saying "oh i'm so ashamed of how your room looks, why can't you be like other girls and change your decor, or buy some jewelry, i told her i don't have any money and you know how my car breaks down every month and i pay a lot and then she was like NO! YOU HAVE MONEY! BUT YOU'RE CHEAP!"
so i snapped and called her a bully and told her to go google what bullying is since you think it's an advice to treat me like this.
The reason i'm calling her a bully is because she keeps doing this stupid face around me trying to explain how my face looks she keeps saying "look at me, look at me, your face looks like this' and she does this (Van Gogh Screaming man Painting)
she keeps saying i look like that face because i'm too thin.
She turns it around saying "oh i care about you and i want you to eat, and i always ask you what you wanna eat and whatever and i'm just saying this so you change and BE LIKE OTHER WOMEN!"
I hate her so much, she never says anything good about me, she's always comparing me to my cousins, to other women, believe me when i say She NEVER said i was beautiful, whenever a family member visits and says i'm beautiful she says "oh but she's too thin, she doesn't eat and she looks sick" She never just accepts me of who i am she always been a bully and a fucking hater.

i totally understand how frustrating the plateau is, ugh. i know this may sound counterintuitive, but if you raise your intake a bit you might be able to kick the plateau then get back to losing like you were before ! you're doing great regardless, don't let the frustration get in the way of all the progress you've made ! you got this <3 following

I was thinking of last week on thursday
i didn't have any soup and i noticed that i lost a significant amount in one day. Like 2 lbs in one day.
Maybe i'm not calculating my soups correctly or maybe it's because of the salt in them. I will be testing that by not having any soup today and see if i lose any weight tomorrow.
and will be doing that next week as well i.e after the wedding feast lol

That's why i hate it here and the stress is giving me ibs flare ups.

Had a hectic day, went for site visits from 1:00PM and didn't eat nothing until i was home at 6:00PM wasn't very hungry just tired. Fasted for 20hrs though so that's good i guess maybe it'll help with my weight loss. Also i'm still not working out because of my knee, the tests and x-ray i did on Wednesday all came negative and i'm completely healthy, and the doctor said i wasn't deficient in any vitamin thank god. So she just said it might be inflammation and i can just take any over the counter anti-inflammatory drugs.
So i'm taking some days off and i'll be getting my period soon so i'll take those days off too and hopefully i get better and start working out again.

So, i noticed that if i ate at 1100kcal i maintain my weight, does that mean my maintenance is at 1100kcal?
That's pretty low tbh, I'll see how much my weight is after the weekends and i might increase to 1200kcal
very scared of gaining and i'd rather stay restricting at 1100kcal and be this weight than increase my intake and gain.
