I don’t even have words… incredible!
What’s your high restriction calorie target? I’m always curious as to what people consider HR

For me it’s 1650-1850, which I know is very very high but I also am active at work and on my feet all day so that helps offset how many calories I eat.

I have to say, its quite a transformation. I will say though however, I hope that you can find psychological support in dealing with the aspects of weight loss no one talks bout like the BDD.
It also does concern me about malnutrition because losing large amounts of weight even coming from a higher bmi means that there's always that possibility. So I'm thinking about that.
Take care

Amazing!
Time frame?
I began losing weight as my New Years resolution for 2019. By 2020 I was about 128 lbs. By March 2020 I was under 120, and I’ve been slowly losing since then
