Day Eighty-Three: 5/9/2022
Weight: 80.2lbs ooof
Calories: 665 cals
Fluids: 4 cups
Exercise: took a walk
How I feel physically: not the best tbh
C/S Session:
- like 3 bites of a Buffalo chikn Crunchwrap
- 2 Oreos
- 1 coconut delight
- packet of mini pancakes
Weight: 80.2lbs ooof
Calories: 665 cals
Fluids: 4 cups
Exercise: took a walk
How I feel physically: not the best tbh
C/S Session:

Day Eighty-Five: 5/11/2022
Calories: Binged at 4AM on peanut butter & banana (like a lot of PB) and was having low heart rate and BP so I woke up in a panic and fucking ate food. On two tortillas. Estimated like 1,100 calories right there. Still haven’t decided whether or not I’m going to have anything later just so don’t go into “deprivation mode”. This isn’t going to be a continuous issue or cycle. But I gotta be careful with my mindset (since this is a recipe for a binge cycle but I’m past that).
If I’m hungry mid-day I’ll have like 1/2 of my usual yogurt bowl. Making my cals total probably around 1300 for the day (whoopsies)
Fluids: 3 cups oops
Exercise: walked around the stores and the doctors office
How I feel physically: *cue cricket noises*
No c/s session

Calories: 636 cals
Great fucking start- had another night session but managed to cut it off at like 362 cals of peanut butter and carb control tortillas. Never doing this again lmao
Fluids: 3 cups maybe
Exercise: walking like 1.7 miles

Going to reset my defect (sorry all) to 450 because I really need to lose weight for my key west trip and this whole night binge thing is throwing my shit all off. So I have to unfortunately start over. The price I pay for peanut butter lmao. I’ll do 1/2 week at 450 then on vacation I’ll do 550 and the next week 650.

How I feel physically: shitty. Headache, exhausted, low b/p

- 1 uncrustable
- 4 nut clusters
- 1 thin kind bar
- 1 kind peanut chocolate brownie bar

Plan for Part Two:
We are gonna start strong at 480 calories a day for a week then increase to 500. Then 50 calorie increments per week! <3
Fluid goals: 8 cups
Exercise goal: 10k steps
Behavior goals: no purging or binges
Calorie goals: within 5 calories over or under
