i hope you're able to find a good fitness coach, as you said earlier that you wanted to incorporate fitness into your life. i think going on a fitness journey will help you achieve the goals you want and will also be good for your body image.

Today my partner and I went shopping! It was a so much fun to splurge on some items and then go home and rearrange the wardrobes.
I bought some platform converse sneakers and a Guess backpack that were both on sale.
I also got some trackies (sweatpants) and some workout clothes since we are coming up into winter.
We both are already talking about going shopping again haha ☺

I am going to try and embody bad bitch/boss energy in my life a bit more I think.
I was feeling really down the last couple of days and self-dabotaged by binging and purging which I always seem to do when I start to make progress...
Anyone else do that? Any tips to stay motivated and on track for a goal?
Focusing on restricting and work is so bloody difficult and I want to incorporate fitness too at some point ☹

I am so fed up hating on my body. All I do is punish it with restriction, binging, and purging and yet I still don't get the results I want.
I am still insecure. I am still flabby with stretchy skin from years of gaining and losing the same weight.
I want to be proud of my body. I want it to do something. I want to be able to flaunt my muscles and definition. I want it to be strong.
I spent a long time today researching how to start a fitness journey. I think I will need to get a fitness and nutrition coach to show me the ropes.
There is a good coach that I know from a friend of a friend, but she openly admits she 'calls people out on their bullshit'.
That sounds like something I need (I always make excuses to quit), but I am also a bit scared that she might turn me off.
I've also heard good things about this company EBT.
I don't know if I mentioned this, but on Friday a student (15 years old or so) was talking about how she has a coach.
She wants to figure compete in the next year or so. She was talking calories, macros and all that good stuff with her friend.
Side note: Teachers are always listening (for student safety) even if we don't say anything.
Anyway, I wasn't triggered by the food/exercise discussion that was going on.
I was triggered because she sounded so happy and confident in her body.
I was triggered because I want to have a body that could compete in a figure competition if I wanted.
I was triggered because a 15 year old has her shit together more than me.
More than triggered, I was ashamed that at 28 years old I still hold myself back from doing the things I want to do.
I am so scared of failing, that I don't even try. I want to be good at something the first time I do it. Makes zero sense.
Sorry for the ramble, I just really needed to tell someone how I have been feeling ♥
