And say how you managed it!
(e.g losing 10lbs in 2 weeks or whatever from doing ABC with 2 hours exercise a day)

From Apr 24-May 8 (about 2 weeks, a little less) I lost 8 lbs. Went from 118 to 110.
In a span of about 2 months: - Apr 24-now i lost about 17 lbs.

13lbs in one week. It was the first time I'd liquid fasted, on about 400 calories per day.
Prior to that it was 8lb in one week when I was eating three meals per day plus snacks. I'd moved house and danced like crazy at a concert but aside from that didn't do anything unusual.

3Ibs in 2 day. I was underweight at 99Ibs and I got down to 96 by walking both days straight all day, (7am-8pm). I obviously fasted and drank so much water, (~25c/day). It was crazy how many public toilets I visited to pee.
The reason being was to be the same weight as a friend of mine before we went to the beach. I was a bit more distorted back then-not realizing that no one would really notice. I also never gained it back, for I continued to restrict and I was purging whatever I ate at the time.
EDIT: I did do the ABC diet and lost 10Ibs in 2 weeks, but it wasn't the fasted weight loss I've had.

22 lbs in one week...i was overweight, nearly obese (185 lbs at 5'7"). i water fasted. i lost 8 more lbs the next week by restricting heavily.

I once lost 45 pounds in 3 months, eating 1350 calories a day and running 3-5 miles 3-5 times per week, but in a few years I started binging and gained it all back. Trying to get back to that place now.

8 lbs in 4 days, when I was 14 ( I was 5'1 and 101 lbs and went down to 93 lbs by eating like 300 calories a day)
but now, the "healthy way" , from june 1 to june 8, I've lost 7 lbs in a by eating 750 calories max a day and exercizing 4 times a week for 1h each

173lbs on the Sunday night, by Wednesday nightI was 166lbs, I didn't sleep, eat or drink anything in all that time, I was on MD, which speeds up your metabolism and stops your desire to eat/ sleep etc, but it completely fucked me up.

0 cal intake for many days at a time. Probably ate 4-5 'meals' in that time, purged everything. Ran 5miles 2x a day, biked 8miles 2x a day, and 20 mins on elliptical 2x a day. I'm obsessive when it comes to exercise.
Starting to gain 1-3 lbs back.... Needing a change up?? Getting plateau'd. Ugh

I lost between 10-11 pounds, and I was mildly underweight when I got there.
(This is what happens when you get thrown IP with no insurance. I got thrown into a general IP and lost weight faster than I was at home. My ED was happy.)

i lost 45 lbs in 2 months...eating 500 calories a day or less. some fasting days. water water water. didnt even exercise too much. just the occasional bike ride. wellbutrin was what triggered my weight loss in the first place. (this was before i attempted purging) i was also trying vegetarianism for the first time (i have since maintained that diet for over a year until recently sadly) then veganism for a short while, but that was mostly after what i found out to my shock...one day i stepped on the scale and i saw i'd lost almost 15 pounds...that moment made something click inside me. it became my obsession.

My anorexia started when I lost 6 kg in a week (from 58 to 52) by eating close to 0 calories and walking all day. Then I collapsed and was taken to the hospital.

15 lbs in around 2 weeks. I ate nothing but fruit and sometimes special K cereal. i was in residential tx (not for ED but for other mental health issues) and my hatred of the staff there made it easy to ignore hunger. I had a food diary and was tracking everything i ate but don't have them anymore so couldn't give specific calorie info. whatever calories I took in i would burn them off walking on treadmill.

I used to drop crazy fast weight on amphetamines. I miss that too. 152 to 85 in about a year.
My TDEE is obviously lower now that I'm older, so I've lost about 10 lbs in 16 days on 450/day. 46 kg to 41,7 kg. No drugs. I was 56 kg in February, god no.

i was vegan then, so fruits, veg, beans, etc. if i didn't use the elliptical i walked for a few hours. i rigorously tracked my calories and macros but then i started fasting for weeks at a time, which i don't really recommend.
don't really see how i'm "goals" tbh. i ended up gaining 20 of the pounds back through b/ping and quitting drugs.

Whenever I reached my HW (150), I went down to about 113 lbs (one of my lowest weights) in a few months. But I didn't really know how restricting worked, I just didn't eat sometimes.
