Was also tempted by some poptarts in the cupboard but I was able to turn away and just go to sleep.

the inevitable happened :c i weighed myself and i’m the exact same weight as i was last time i weighed myself in january :ccc i have lost no weight in over 3 months .. god how sad is that. i hate being stuck in this binge/restrict cycle !!! i shouldn’t have weighed myself cause it triggered a binge .. and it was a bad one (as you can tell). i’m so embarrassed posting this but i have to hold myself accountable. since that’s the whole point of having an accountability. and ofcourse i didn’t study at all these last two days so now i’m way behind on schedule and i’m gonna fuck up my finals. anyways i hope that i at least made someone reading this feel better about themselves and their intake <3

Finally out of the 60 range. That took for fucking forever I swear lol.
I need to be careful now because this is when I tend to feel really shit physically. (On the cusp of underweight)
What works for me atm is: having oatmeal with biscoff spread on top for breakfast
Having like 300 calories for lunch with my partner, which then leaves about 800 calories for dinner. The in between is what fucks me up. Like I feel super shitty in between meals and just waiting to eat.
It’s Saturday today so usually my Tdee is higher. I’m going to wait till lunch to see if I can eat like a 100 cal snack in between
