I’m feeling pretty good, I’m bored though, so I’m reading all the fasting
threads on MPA and listening to music at the same time.

Still feeling good. At this point I feel like I can even fast for more than 3 days
& I’m not really looking forward to breaking my fast too lol. Obviously I’m going
to stick to my plans and fast for 3 days as planned.
the thought of my hair shedding from doing this is kinda scaring me lol. I’ve done
rolling 72s in the past before, but this time I’m doing it for a month alongside with a
low carb / keto lite diet. I’m going to try to take biotin and make sure to eat a healthy
diet to avoid this.
On the flip side my skin is glowing, this is why I love fasting <3

At this point I’m looking for meal ideas on Pinterest, google and reddit. things I might eat

I’m feeling really good, it’s 6am in england and I haven’t slept at all, I’m trying to
pull an all nighter, in order to fix my sleep pattern/cycle because its a mess right now.
I’m just binge watching shows and sippin on my water right now and feeling great x

Woke up feeling great and in a good mood, my stomach has gone down and its
less round in addition my back rolls are disappearing. and i'm down 1kg, so far i've
lost 2.75kg / 6 lbs.

Still feeling good <3, I’m not craving food or hungry right now but I’m excited to
break my fast with eggs. I love eggs.

yeah … I’m hungry now. I’m feeling a bit lethargic and my period should be coming
any day now. And also I’m anaemic, so when I do break my fast I’m gonna eat lots of spinach.
I’ve completed 72 hours, ugh I’m so happy. I’m going to extend it a bit and maybe
break it at the 80h mark.

i’ve met my goal of 72 hours, but I’m going to extend it for a bit longer.
right now I’m having period symptoms without the period this is so annoying lol.
Maybe that’s why I’m feeling a bit sh** right now.

I took some paracetamol and electrolytes and felt much better and my energy
levels are up again <3 and managed to do some chores around the house.

Re-feed
i did some shopping and bought some avocados, eggs, bacon for my omad, they
didn't have any chorizo in stock which i was sad about :-( (maybe next time)
My omad meal was very big (basically a volume meal) consisted of lots of fats
and proteins. fats are a fear food for some people but not me i can't get enough
of my fats such as avocados.
for my meal i had
♥ avocado
♥ spinach, mushroom, onions, peppers, tomatoes
♥ omelette fried in butter
♥ sausage
♥ 3 x bacon
♥ brocolli
♥ sweetcorn
the macros for the meal was carbs = 31g, protein = 67g, fat = 51g, fibre = 15g.
net carbs = 16 (still unsure if i'm calculating this right).
i'm under 50g for total carbs so i'm happy with that. the total calories came to a total
of 881kcal, which i'm okay with.
halfway through eating i was super full and wanted to throw it away, but i really
wanted to get enough fats and proteins, if this was any other day once i was full
i would have thrown the food away.
and finished the meal of with some plain black coffee <3.
my re-fee lasted 2 hours, next time i'm going to try to keep it to 1 hour.

I’ve been in a good mood and I can still feel my meal inside me, food is

omg, I’m still full from my last meal lol.

I’m sooooo thirsty even though I’ve been drinking water like crazy. Apparently
thirst is a sign of being in ketosis. I hope I’m in ketosis. If I’m not in ketosis that’s
also fine as long as my carb intake is low. I’ve done low carb in the past and it made
me lose weight super fast.
Omg my period finally came hallelujah, I think the spinach and broccoli that I had
yesterday induced it.

Still feel amazing and full of energy, hopefully I can exercise later.

Why am I so happy and in a good mood lol, I’ve done many long fasts before,
but have never felt like this before hmmm. I love how food is an after thought
and it’s not a constant thought in my head.
Also looking in the mirror my skin super glowy and slim again. Before fasting
I was binging a lot and my face was quite puffy and my skin was really dull.

your accountability is seriously so motivating and inspiring. I can't wait to extend my fasting too.
Also, I was 5'3 and 47 kg in high school and loved it so much I wouldn't even have gone below 45. Small framed too. You'll look absolutely amazing, I'm sure!
