Pretty straight forward liquid only, coffee, tea, lots of water, broth if I’m feeling woozy. Maaaaaaybe a kencko powder smoothie thing if I’m in dire straits. The goal is to lose 18 pounds but I’ll take what I can get!
Last day will be Dec 10 & will spend the period from the 10th to Christmas transitioning to low caloric density vegan eating.
exercise will just be getting a daily 10k steps and some kettlebell stuff with arms, nothing super gnarly.
I’ll probably be on here A LOT to keep me in the mindset.

1 cup of black tea
Copious amounts of water, about 3 liters

Be careful! Take a plethora of supplements such as electrolytes and multivitamins or you will most likely die/be hospitalised if you managed to get that far depending on how low your starting weight is.
Watch out for re-feeding syndrome. It can instantly KILL you especially if you don't know what your doing. Make a detailed re-feeding schedule before your finished. DON'T BREAK A FAST WITH A BINGE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!
Avoid strenuous exercise, especially if low weight unless you want a heart attack or something. Weight lifting is sort of useless in fasting, since the muscle has no protein to rebuild itself efficiently, unless of course it cannibalises your body. Whether that be heart muscle or lean muscle. Although protein powder mitigates this somewhat.
Good luck! Fasting for that long is extremely dangerous, so please be careful and research!

Had a bit of an issue sleeping propped up on my back on pillows after the Botox and restylane, normally I’m sprawled out on my tummy. Apparently that ages you faster lol
Woke up, walked the dogs with my man, came home, had 12 Oz of coffee with one tablespoon of mocha peppermint nut pods, which is 10 cals, no fat or carbs. Then I made a very lovely green chile and cheese omelet and turkey sausages for mummy and honey.
About to get a haircut in about an hour here. Focusing on looksmaxxing to not eat hahaha. My hair is all one length to my waist and it tangles so bloody much is drives me bonkers so I’m going to have about 4” off the length and some curtain bangs and blended layers. Nothing too drastic just a little tweak I suppose?
I’m going to make pastrami melts, sautéed spinach with garlic and oven fries for dinner for my loved ones.
I did not get my 10k steps yesterday, but very nearly so (8900 iirc) so my other goal besides no food is to get my steps in.

My plan is to stay on a liquid fast until around 14th December and then slowly went back to eating, so I can celebrate Christmas with my family.
I am starting right now.
Current weight: around 86 kg
Goal weight: 75 kg
I have never done it over the 4th day, but I read that it should get easier somewhere between 4th and 6th day.

I love my haircut so much, got a couple of long blended layers and about 4” off the overall length. My “hemline,” ends w/e was very blunt and she softened it up a bit into a U shape.
I should probably get better shampoo & stuff rn I just use L’Oréal dream lengths.
Ok this is really gonna be quite the test, as evening rolls around. Maybe I should just take a benedryl and go to sleep super early.
Yes I think that’s probably the best option.

Going here to update!
Almost 22 hours in and first period of "getting sooo hungry and angry that even my stomach is shouting at me" is over leaving me quite tired and unfocused. I am curious about the following ones.
I have done more than 13k steps today with drinking two black coffees during the day.
Also, it's only afternoon here, but I can tell right now that I will most probably not sleep at all this night. My body simply won't let me. I guess I can use this newly gained time to do some school work.
How are you doing?

There’s a nice roast I’ve got cooking and it’s absolute torture. I’m drinking lots and lots of herbal tea. Trying to focus on my book (Laurus by Eugene Vodolazkin, very beautiful)
It’s also very cold! Or I’m doing that thing where I just can’t get warm.

Omg. Take care, to binge could be super dangerous in the later phases, and keep going. I can't imagine having to cook good meals for others. Even though I already miss cooking. It seems like a torture. ♀ Yesterday, I put the first half of my food into the freezer so this is easier for me.
Personally, I don't know the book. Based on what Google says, it looks very interestingly. Perhaps I could put it on my long books-to-read list. Anyway, I am glad that this book helps you feeling better. ❤
About the coldness... Yeah, I can totally relate. I had to wear gloves while studying yesterday.
Also, I experience a lot of boredom because of no food. It is very unpleasant. Drinking salted water helps a little. I try to imagine that it is some yummy salty food while drinking. Drinking coffee works better but I restricted myself to three coffees a day.
Today, my mood is significantly better and I realized, that I have already lost around 1,5 kg which is just awesome! I woke up with craving but it just faded away quickly. And I am already looking forward to my today walking.

Btw today, I got my period which I expected several days later. I am not sure whether I wil be able to keep on track because my mood and cravings are insane again.
I bought a bottle of light cola and drank it almost on one go, but it got even worse. Also, I am totally swollen since the early morning which feels so ugly. I don't feel like going anywhere. I just want to lie down and cry for the whole day while eating chocolate and watching stupid films. I really don't feel running, walking or doing anything.
But I will. Even though I hate it.
Hope your day is better.

The first day of period is always the worst. What if you drank some hot cocoa? I hope you feel better ❤️🩹 Tomorrow will be better, and if we get enough sleep then appetite is easier to manage.

I lost it yesterday. As I was exhausted but unable to fall asleep anymore, I binged. Just then I was finally able to fall asleep. Maybe, liquid fast is too much for my body.
I think, I'll just stick to one healthy meal a day during my period.
But I did 15k steps yesterday, so I lost some weight anyway. Most probably, I'll regulate my diet according to my further results.

It’s totally understandable on period. I hope you’re feeling better. OMAD (one meal a day) intermittently fasting is supposed to be super healthy for you too. It’s more sustainable in the long run for sure.

also omg the thing about eating being entertainment 100%. generally when i'm busy i usually don't even feel the need just to eat like an adequate amount. but it has to be the right amount of busy cuz otherwise ill binge from the stress 🥲🥲 precarious balances
