Ugh, I had an amazing sleep. fasting makes sleeping better for me. I sleep like a baby lol

I’m feeling pretty sweet and feel like I could fast for years, it’s crazy how much you forget
about food when doing this

My period is really getting to me right now, its making me want to get food and eat. i’m not
feeling insatiable or anything, but I’m craving a burger right now :-(. I just need to hold on
because I know this will pass. I know I can do it. I just have to ride out the first two days of
my period and all will be well again.

I can smelling chocolate and other food, that’s not there. I want chocolate cake now ffs.
I’m watching better call Saul on Netflix for the first time to distract myself. periods are a
friggin nightmare, they ruin everything. I was hoping today would be smooth sailing,
but noooo my period decided to mess things up for me again.
Ah fml, I want pizza now . Stupid periods. I don’t even want kids why must I suffer
with periods argh.
Going to take some painkillers to see if I end up feeling better, because I’m tempted to
break my fast right now. But I refuse to let this die and give up.

Feeling slightly better not 100% though, I’m glad I wasn’t impulsive and didn’t end up
breaking my fast. I’m still craving chocolate though.

24 hours left & I’m feeling a more better as time goes on, I think I’ll take a nap later to kill time.

i’m going to take a nap now, hopefully my cravings are gone when I wake up.

I ended up sleeping for a Long time looool, I was just so so so tired. I was meant
to nap for like 1 hour and I ended up sleeping for 11 hours lol.
On the plus side my cravings have gone <3.
& also my stomach has reduced quite a lot the bloating has gone down also my boobs
have shrunk too. I can’t wait to do my weekly measurements on monday to see how many
inches I’ve lost.

Took a shower and felt really lightheaded, I think its a combination of being on my period,
losing blood, being anaemic and the fasting all together I can’t wait for my period to end.
Today was not good
I’m rating today a 4/10….
Hopefully Tomorrow will be better usually the first 2 days of periods are the worst and then
it gets better from there x

Starting to feel horrible again, I don’t know if this is because of my
period but I’m getting major cravings and I just want to stop this,
I’ll take a nap and see how I feel later. I just hate feeling this way.
I couldn’t take a nap so I broke my fast even though I wanted to
carry on longer

i didn't count the calories and hard some carbs, so we shall see how that
will affect the scale lol.
i had a bacon and avocado sandwich, with mayonnaise & some potato chips/crips
on the side and late had a cup of tea with oat milk <3.
