Calories consumed = 1073 kcal
Calories burned = 410 kcal
Net calories = 663 kcal
Today it's May 1. Hopefully this month will be a bit better than April. I've already planned what I'm going to eat this week and I've also planned to work out more so my net cals are even lower. I hope I'm able to stick to it

I'm craving pizza really bad rn and I feel like I won't be able to control myself to only eat a slice or two. Grrrrr I hate this

I've been having a lot of thoughts about binging and it's getting worse every day. I really want to say "fuck it" and eat a big pepperoni pizza, but I know I'll regret it
