okay guys, i need to get back on track
a little backstory of my progress:
ive made around 2 accountabilities before but i didnt stay active
but im trying now, since i really need to lose the pounds i gained during christmas
i havent weighed myself yet but thats the first thing im going to do tomorrow morning and oh god i am afraid
what i will be updating here (starting tomorrow) is my weightloss, calories and maybe some food pictures
if you guys would be interested in them
also, if someone does want to update with me, id be happy to be someone's weight loss buddy
my current stats are always on my signature
also the reason why im posting on the higher bmi forum is just that i used to be bmi 29 i think and i just
dont feel like i fit in on the normal accountability forum
i still feel like im bmi 29

I'm trying to not beat myself up about today's calories but I just feel so bad. I usually
never go over 1000.

It’s been a while y’all. I’ve gained weight above my previous HW, probably due to getting into a relationship and actually kinda liking myself for the first time in my life. I’m pretty much recovered from my depression, but the need for control through eating is raising it’s head. I didn’t really think I’d come back here but I guess I’m relapsing.
Still restricting, would like to get back to as low as 500 cals a day but now I’m focused on staying under 1000.
My current weight is 193,3lbs, started from 196,7lbs this time around.

Weight lost since yesterday -1.6 lbs

I've been there, leaving for years and letting the pounds pile back on ;-;
I hope that you get to where you want to be! And congrats on getting your mental health back in order, that's no easy feat.

Using apple health’s active energy to see how much I’ve burned. I got an app that will sync fitbit stats there.
Went on 2 walks today, it was so sunny and pretty. We have a lot of snow here too which is a huge motivation to go out.

weight -0.6 lbs
I feel like i failed with the calories, really wanted to stay under 800. Even though I only went over it by 15 calories I’m frustrated cause that’s like few cashews less than I had

Weight -0.7lbs
Weighed 192 this morning, only 2 lbs left for my GW1. Still such a long way to get back to my LW but I’m so motivated this time around.

Total intake 852, didn’t really burn anything
Weight is the same still, can’t believe i haven’t lost anything

Calories burned 659
Weight was still the same so I decided to up my intake at least for today. Went for a walk after dinner.

Honestly I’m not bothering with all the stats, just know that i binged 2560 worth of pizza. Hadn’t lost or gained still, I feel like my scale is broken lol
