Like, the need to have stuff in your mouth. I thought it would go away w slow weight restoration and not being hungry anymore, but no..

I have no idea whether is just my obsessive personality or the ed. It is making me less focused on important stuff, as whenever I sit (like in front of the computer), I have to have stuff (eg food, gum, coffee) in my mouth.

How do people manage to sit for a few hours not needing that? Is there any way I could train myself

I do that but that's autism/pica, it may be something separate from your ed.

I have oral fixation too, and suck my thumb if no one is around.

Same. I thought I was the only one tbh. I’m way too old for it, but it’s kinda comforting.
