Highest weight I have been in years. Functioning so much better but struggling somewhat mentally and physically to accept. Learning a lot about why I am like this.
- Re-diagnosed Nov-17 - back in treatment (OP) after more than 20 years.
LBMI : Who cares - I was screwed, can't remember much, severe depression and just wanting to die, unable to maintain temperature - have no desire to return to that little hell hole.
LDBMI - Lowest Discharge BMI (after 2.5 months hospitalisation) : 11.9... and finally, after 9+ years, some form of 'recovery/insight' - just not the "Made for TV" version.

Eating brownies that my roommate had made, eating snacks at work, mindlessly snacking when I came home and ending up going over both my carb and cal limit - so basically, not a binge but just general lack of control and waste. Oh and having broth to warm me up with tonnes of sodium so I'll retain water like crazy tomorrow. So I'll probably gain and hate myself again.

i'm already not allowed to graduate this year and my only hope of graduating in january was if i actually found a way to pass this semester

it is most likely water weight or if you havent had a bm in a while it can happen just normally, your weight will fluctuate daily, time/food/liquids etc all have a huge part in this and it is normal and basically unavoidable.
try not to stress too much, there is no way you could have gained weight like actual weight from eating 70 cals.
drink plenty of water and you will probably find you are back to befores weight or less tomorrow - its what happens when you way yourself daily and hard to do but you have to try to remember it is not proper weight sometimes

Your weight along with everyone else's is always changing by about 3 lbs. You can't go by 1 or 2 lbs or ounces because your weight is always fluctuating. 70 cals is amazing that you had that willpower, and it probably didnt make you gain. It was probably water weight

Did you by any chance binge the day before yesterday? Usually when I binge the weight gain shows up 2 days later instead of the next morning. Another possible reason for weight gain is exercise (believe it or not). If you have only recently started exercising or have embarked upon a more vigorous routine than normal then your muscles sustain tiny tears and they retain water in order to repair themselves.
If none of this applies then I agree that it's likely to be water weight.

So it is 1:30ish in the morning, I am sitting with a bowl of fruit and nuts, chilling in my onesie and browsing MPA and I just started crying. I wondered why, is it because I will never be beautiful? Is is because he will never love me? Is it because I ate? Is is because I feel like I am not "sick enough" to recover? Is it because every time I see my reflection I cringe? I'm the same way.The amount of calories I burn each day has to be the same. I do the same with snacking instead of meals. For me, it's 50 calories at a time until I reach 300. Even if I have to cut something up into x am. pieces to ensure it's 50 cals, I will. I also chew everything x am. times, depending on what it is. I set the number every time I eat a certain food. And I like to eat the same things every day. I guess I'm like this because of moderate OCD, but mainly because I am very conscious about what goes into my body. Usually the OCD isn't as extreme as it is with eating.

And I like to eat the same things every day. I guess I'm like this because of moderate OCD, but mainly because I am very conscious about what goes into my body. Usually the OCD isn't as extreme as it is with eating.

I understand this. For me, my numbers are 20, 200, and 2000. Chew over 20 times, can't consume over 200 calories, and have to burn over 2000 calories.
