total: 620 calories

1.37 mi run
actually woke up at 8am to complete my run today. and on a holiday, too. who am i? lol
in all seriousness, i've fallen so hard off the wagon with my workout routine. it was a bit of a struggle completing my run (meant to do at least 3 miles) but i managed to push through. not bad, though, considering my last run was literally back in february, yikes. hoping it'll get easier as the weeks go on.
anyway, to briefly explain my sudden disappearance for the past month...
since i completed april's whole30 diet, i can tell i've gained back some of the weight i lost due to reintroduction of certain foods. that, coupled with the stress of condo/apartment hunting and taking several certification courses for my career advancement, restriction has taken a serious back seat. but now with summer approaching fast, i need to get my act together. i'm confident that i can lose these pesky food/water pounds again if i practice strictness and discipline with whole30 as i have before. i'm a little extremely annoyed i have to lose all over again but it is what it is. but once i reach the double digits again, i'm gonna stay there for good.
