I'm currently 16 st 8 lbs, I'm 5'10 so my BMI is like 35. I used to be thin but I developed BED after having my daughter, currently restricting again

I work well under pressure, because if I am not under pressure, I don't work.

I was BMI 30 in 2019 - 2020, similar situation. Dont worry you can reach your goals! That weight came off so fast! Then I got to a normal weigh and have been stuck here for almost a year ![]()

I don't know if this counts tbh
I started at 172 lbs at one point, and I got to 133 lbs.
I developed severe depression and gained way past my starting point (which i'm now trying to lose)
I was able to maintain around 145 lbs until my depression hit.

no not at all. i went from 178 to 130 (healthily) from january 2019 to june 2019 and i never counted calories or anything but got into disordered habits that summer and ended up at 122 then "recovered" (on my own) from august 2019 to november 2020 and put on abt 20 lbs so i was at 142. then i got to 128 (not very restrictive just started working out again) by march 2021 but fell back into old habits in april so im now at my lw. but for reference the original weightloss i was 14 years old and im now 16 bc idk how old u are but age probably has a lot to do with whether or not youll have loose skin. also the fact that i lost it at seperate times? idk but i feel like u shouldnt really worry abt loose skin bc its very unlikely especially since ur sw isnt like morbidly obese or anything.

How long did that take you?
well basically i went from 178 to 130 healthily in 5 months then got down to 122 with ed tendencies in 1.5 or 2 months. then i gained 20 lbs in my version of "recovery" (stopped working out and restricting, was high all the time so i ate sm bc munchies). then i started working out again and watching what i ate (non disordered) so i got down to 128 in abt 5 months. then went from 128 to where im at now 103 bc i relapsed bad in april. so in total (if i didnt have the breaks in between and weight gain) i would say 10 months. maybe a bit less?

April 2021 to June 2021, kinda. I had my exams in June, which led to almost a month of maintaining/gaining and losing the same 4 lbs. And I still struggle to get out of this plateau, and go below 72 kgs/158 lbs, but it's harder than ever. Not so much exercising, just dieting, healthier habits, restricting below my BMR and so on. Feel free to PM me, if you want.
