Hey, guys. I'm back from a long hiatus because I don't really know where else to share this.
I've heard of the whoosh effect before, and have experienced small fluctuations, but this shit is on another level.
I had a massive 4 day binge Thursday-Sunday, then started right back on my 1,500 calorie routine Monday. I've been peeing a LOT the past few days (so much that I had a dream last night about a positive pregnancy test, lol), but didn't make the connection until this morning.
Monday:
My work pants were tight in the morning, and loose by the afternoon. Ribs still visible, but less defined. Typical binge reaction, nothing unexpected.
Tuesday:
Felt fine, but HOLY SHIT I LOOKED HORRID. Visible cellulite on every part of my thighs, thigh gap and ribs almost non-existent, super jiggly everywhere (places that never jiggle, ew), worst food baby I've ever seen. Still pissing a lot every hour or so.
Today:
HELLO THIGH GAP. It's about an inch. A FUCKING INCH.
Sternum, my old friend, welcome back!
Jiggle gone, cellulite gone (mostly), flat belly, the works.
I swear I look thinner than before the binge.
I feel fucking awesome.
Has anyone had a similar experience?

I had this effect not so long ago after a six week plateau lost 7lbs within a couple weeks. Hence the new PP...finally happy enough to put an actual photo of me up even if it did take me hundreds of photos.

i've never gotten to really experience the whoosh effect on the scale (i haven't noticed anything super drastic body wise before) because i'm always too scared to weigh myself for days after i overeat lol
