I literally look the same.

 

Left: Today, November 30, 2017

Right: November 11, 2015

Left: Weight unknown, probably lower than LW - fasting every other day, one big binge on days I do eat, sometimes purging, very little exercise outside of my job

Right: 122 lbs, lowest recorded weight - 1,500-2,000 cals, HCLF vegan, cooking everything myself, walking 40-60 miles per week

    Awesome photos.

    But what happened since your habits changed so drastically. I suppose we wouldn't be here if we put our health first, I know, but it sounds like you were way healthier earlier... Not judging, just very curious.  ^_^


     I want to be as pretty as my cat  :lol:

    I was severely orthorexic at the time and also used walking as a form of purging.  I didn't have a job or school, so all I did was spend hours walking, grocery shopping, and making and eating food.

    I honestly felt amazing physically.  Tons of energy and always light on my feet.  I would love to go back to a similar way of eating (but a bit more balanced with fats/proteins), and do weight bearing exercise instead.  I can't because it was taking nearly all of my time, and I have a life now, lol.

      Lol I just looked up miles to kilometres conversion.... I get why you didn't have much time at that point!
