Cauliflower
Spinach
Olive oil
Feel fine. Not hungry.

The first half of the day I felt nauseous and had no appetite. The other half I started to get cravings again. I feel a bit sick.

I feel AMAZING today. No hunger. No cravings. No headaches or nausea.
Today will be OMAD in a few hours

Someone else had the sugar thing I thought it was just me! Sorry you had to go through that. I think we started in at around the same time, but I did cheat today

Today my weight was 58 KG. My body has never looked this lean in a year. My clothes are already fitting looser. I have lost a lot of water weight and fluid from inflammation.

Different kinds of vegetables
Animal fat from the protein + butter
Yesterday I was not hungry at all. Today I was hungry all day. The possible calorie intake makes me scared but I try not to think about it. The most important thing right now is that I do not cheat.

I was not hungry AT ALL today but we had a family dinner and I had to eat. I haven't pooped in 3 days. Feeling very constipated.
Today I got my pre-workout + a bunch of free samples. The pre workout has <1 carb so it is keto friendly! I will use this when I start weight lifting again

Christmas dinner today, that will be my OMAD
I really enjoy only eating once a day and I hope I can continue with that. I am not hungry anymore so it is pretty easy if I keep myself busy all day
I’m also staring with weight lifting again, which will be 3 days/week

Had an amazing fasted workout session today but I has pretty hungry when I got home. I was kicked out of ketosis last night after family dinner which is probably why my appetite is back

I am lifting weights at the gym every other day. I find that on days I work out, I have NO appetite. But like yesterday on my rest day, I was hungry all day and I don't want that to happen again. So today I literary had to force down food. My total for the day is still under 700. I've had 3 cans of tuna and vegetables. I need the protein so that I don't waste away all the work I did at the gym...

I wouldn't say I am stricktly keto rn. My workouts just got worse and worse so I had to include some carbs as pre workout. But really I don't care because I have burned them off by the time I am done lifting and I'm back into ketosis. I STILL HAVE NO APPETITE. I am REALLY struggeling to eat. I could fast but I am trying to build muscle so I need the protein. I am still eating fish and vegetables 90% of the time except for pre workout. I am now having leaner fish (tuna, cod, etc) and I don't add any fat, and I am losing fat pretty damn fast

No appetite today either. Idk if I am sick or what...Today is a rest day. Can't wait to get back to the gym tomorrow.
I try to get in at least 80-120 g of protein every day. As long as I focus on not going over my calories for the day and getting enough protein, I am good.

Weight lost: 2.1 kg (I KNOW, not much right?)
Waist circumference: - 5 cm
Body fat: no idea
Muscle: gaining quickly

I am seriously done with this...I just think I am too fat to eat this much. Now it just feels like I'm forcing myself to eat because I really don't want to. I don't want to be stuck at 58 kg any longer. I also realised that I feel cold all day even though I eat over 1000 calories, so it dosen't really matter if I go lower. I will still be cold
I want to lose at least 1 kg every week so I will give myself a weekly calorie budget of 4400 calories. Some days I'll fast if I want. (3 days is the longest I've fasted, so 1 day is doable for me). I'm not so strict so I allow myself sugar free jelly and sodas to help me. At the end of the day it's just calories that matter
Because I thought I looked ''ok'' (not like I want to but not ''overweight'')...but then I put on a pair of jeans for once and took a picture, and I was like WTF... I suddenly realised I really am fat. Even though I have lost fucking 8 kg from my HW. I can't even imagine how fat I was back then....

I believe I was around 55 kg here? (I didn't have a scale back then). It was during the end of recovery. It would be nice to get back to that, of course I won't stop at that weight
