Weight: n/a
Calories total today: 790
-Morning: Nothing
-Afternoon: Coffee (0 cals) + Vanilla Nutpods Creamer (20 cals) + Lakanto Sweetener (0 cals) + Double Chocolate Chunk Quest bar (180 cals)
-Evening: Potato & chickpea curry (270 cals) + 2 tbsp coconut cream (60 cals) + Steamed cauliflower (75 cals) + Yellow curry spice (5 cals) + Grilled chicken (100 cals) + Dr Pepper Dark Berry Zero Sugar (0 cals)
Extra: Mango Hibiscus Two Good yogurt (80 cals)
Exercise: 45 min incline walk on treadmill
My husband let me borrow his headphones so I could go the gym today. I’m super out of shape and had to use my inhaler even though all I did was walk briskly (although I did at least set it to the max incline.) I hate exercise, but I’m going to aim to go to the gym at least every weekday that I don’t get out of the house for a walk. We’ll see how that works out.
Just me pretending to be “that girl” who actually enjoys exercise, and not fooling anyone 🙃 I literally look so far from a BMI of 16, I probably pass for “normal” even, but I’m still way too scared to get on the scale ughh

I promise you do look your BMI, absolutely. Remember that all this is ultimately in our head... being underweight means we MUST look underweight and we'd never tell someone else we see who's a bmi of 17, 16 or lower that they look fat, yet we tell ourselves that all the time. Our bodies aren't magically weird and broken and possess the uncanny ability to be fat while underweight. It's just BDD. And tbh as an objective outside observer you look worrying and very small.
In my experience, BDD gets worse the more weight I lose. I felt like I was actually pretty skinny and small at my HW and now I feel fatter than ever. That's a psychological effect from calorie restriction- just your mind playing tricks. In the Minnesota starvation experiment, the men participating actually began obsessing over having 0 body fat and calling themselves fat, so I don't even think it's ED specific. I know it's super hard to believe but remember the majority of your self perception is due to the ED and not objective reality x
