Plan:
Day 1. 105 calories-Work
Day 2. 50 -Work
Day 3. Fast -Work
Day 4. 100
Day 5. 175
Day 6. 200
Day 7. 250
Day 8. 100 -Work
Day 9. 75 -Work
Day 10. Fast -Work
I may have to alter the days slightly for work but I will stick very closely to the plan

Day 1
Review
Well while I'm at work I don't think it is sustainable to live off these calories, so I am allowing myself a sandwich and piece of fruit on days that I have work...also as I work in a kitchen my co-workers get offended and ask loads of questions if I say no to their food, so I am allowing myself to eat at work but only when offered.
1 chicken baguette

I know they’re kinda goofy but I like doing these types of diets. I feel like it’s less decision-making for me to worry about, lol. My rules for this diet were:
- Only eat between 7 AM - 8 AM, then fast for the rest of the day (basically just intermittent fasting)
- Since I am most likely to binge between 10 AM - 1 PM, I have to keep myself occupied during those times. I often grounded myself to not be allowed out of bed except to pee or get more water. I was also not to look at, touch, smell, or watch shows or videos about food at all, and had to constantly have a beverage in my hand to keep my mouth occupied. By the third day, my binge cravings were gone, which is awesome since I was coming out of a long binge cycle.
- Drink at least 64 oz. water per day, double that on fasting days.
- Walk for one hour a day (I added some strength exercises about a week in.)
- I took a picture of my meals every day, and recorded all calories and exercise in Lose It
My starting stats were:
5’2”
141.2
Bust: 34
Waist: 28
Hips: 39
Thighs: 23
My ending stats:
5’2”
130.4
Bust: 33
Waist: 27
Hips: 37.5
Thighs: 22.25
I’m super happy with this loss! I fasted an extra day after in preparation for a concert, and the day of the concert ended up only consuming 175 calories, so I now weigh 128.6. I’m starting the Lose a Stone Diet and I’ll post those results when I’m finished.

Anyone know any tips on how to actually restrict and stay on point ? Like how did you teach your brain to stop asking for food? Any tips and suggestions would be great!

There’s sort of a bunch of things that have come together for me as far as that goes. I have a chronic GI condition so I already tend to associate food with pain and avoid it when I can. Plus, I recently started on Prozac which has made my appetite practically non-existent. Beyond those things, I think keeping track of my intake by taking pictures and tracking in Lose It helped a lot, plus drinking tons of water and green tea.

Day #1 26/07/2018
Weight- 129.6
BMI - 18.6 (ffs why have I eaten so much)
So as you can probably see I'm not happy with my weight gain (this will explain it more) but I am hopefully going to be making slow (fast) and steady progress. This is the first morning of the coffee cleanse and I've had one strong coffee so far. And yup... it has made me poop... the most awkward shit in my life as my little sister's room is right next to the toilet and she has a friend round atm so I was trying to be quiet
As promised its 2:30pm I'm stoned and im eating a lasagne for 8, I've also had a pack of mini doughnuts and a big chocolate bar. I fucking hate myself honestly I fuck myself over everyday.

BMI - 18.1 (We're slowly getting back)
Well I was too stoned and working too much yesterday and I can't really remember what I ate but it must be working slowly, I've bought some laxatives (and a new pipe for weed) and I can't wait for them to get here. Today my plan is to not eat anything unless forced to at work.

Good luck dear! I used to be a huge stoner when I was younger but stopped because I stopped getting free supply from stoner ex's haha. However I've gone through some tremendous stuff so I'm contemplating smoking again just to deal with my anxiety and depression while waiting to get health insurance. Following <3

Yeah, I wish I didn't smoke cuz I'm 17 and since friday I have personally bought 12g and its not even legal here

I am very proud of myself yesterday (not so much with eating) I had 2 baguettes and a sandwich but more importantly I had less than a gram of weed yesterday and I still have some for today, after this gram I'm going to try not to buy any more till my birthday (next month). For the next 10 days I am going to be doing a 10 days to skinny diet (not accepting credit, saw it here and loved the results) so the plan looks like this:
Day 1. 105 calories
Day 2. 50
Day 3. Fast
Day 4. 100
Day 5. 175
Day 6. 200
Day 7. 250
Day 8. 100
Day 9. 75
Day 10. Fast
To make my accountability more active I am also going to try to post reviews on how each day went. I have weighed myself today and am extremely embarrassed so I have made a note of it and will post before and after weights once it is done, I will not be weighing myself during the diet though.
