Betheanchor's Accountability! (Old name: Transition to Vegan +...)

I don't think I've ever made an accountability thread. But here goes! I weighed in this morning at 96lbs. and want to be 91 or less by Christmas (about 3 weeks to lose 5lbs, shouldn't be too hard, right?). I'm also completing my transition from vegetarian to vegan for ethical reasons. My plan is to kick start both the weight loss and the transition by going on a three-day liquid fast, starting today (unless it ends up being impossible bc I have breakfast w my father, in which case I will start tomorrow. Will add rules/progress pics later.

My food diary from today. I got some solid food at breakfast and also wanted to try out the vegan cream cheese I got today while at the grocery, so I'll start my liquid fast tomorrow, no biggie. I did squeeze some smoothies in to try and perfect my recipe for tomorrow, and unfortunately went over my preferred cals (500-600) but everything was vegan so I'm trying not to stress too badly.

Also, my Fitbit feed. Hopefully not finished moving for tonight but wanted to upload just in case - it's been a rainy day so I can't fault myself too much. Tomorrow will be better.

Second one is me 5lbs ago (~100), had to doodle out my necklace bc it's pretty unique to me. Not that if someone I knew well enough saw this they couldn't tell but fuck it it makes me feel better hah.

- I stopped tracking my intake on a calorie-counter app and started using my Notes app instead bc for whatever reason it's more motivating to me if I actually have to go and look up the calories/etc myself.
- I had a bad bout of depression and stopped exercising as often, and though I've still been restricting, it's been higher than normal. So I'm back at 102.2lbs, and right now am trying to get back under 98, but I think I've decided my UGW (for now) is 89 instead of 91. So - going to start exercising again (esp w the weather making a turn for the better!) and lowering my intake.
- I got a new FitBit (the Charge HR instead of my old Flex). I love it! <3
- Breakfast: 10 strawberries (40) + 1 banana (100) + 3/4 cup Cheerios (75) + 1/4 cup almond milk (15) = 230
- Lunch: 2 servings mini potatoes (160) = 160
- TOT: 390
EDIT: Dinner was ~½ a burrito bowl (270), so total for the day was 660. A bit over what I wanted, but still p good.

Okay so, yesterday I did not end up going to the concert bc tickets were sold out and I have no idea how much or what I've eaten today or yesterday bc my best friend and on/off boyfriend of 4 years died yesterday. I'm trying to cope as best I can, and what I stuff in my face is the least of my concerns right now honestly. I'm heartbroken; I never imagined things would happen this way and I feel absolutely terrible. I know I shouldn't think it is, but I can't help but feel I could have changed it if things had happened differently, or that it's partially my fault. I'm trying to keep my head on straight but I've never felt a connection to someone like I did him. It always seems to be those who have the most life in them that go too soon.

Finally starting to rein in my eating after these past two weeks of grief-induced not giving a fuck. I just want to feel thin again.

I'm back, guess I'll start updating here again. I'm down to 94lbs again, aiming for 90 right now. I no longer live near my gym, so my exercise routine is just about nonexistant rn so if anyone's following, expect mostly intake, body checks, etc. from here on out!
