panic attacks are back :c i’ve had one every single day this week. i need to find a new gp cause i live in a different city now and my old one lives too far away but all the ones close to me are full :c but i really want /need to see a gp to hopefully get some meds for these panic attacks + my anxiety in general cause i’m getting very scared to leave my flat again. i don’t want this to turn into full fledged agoraphobia but it seems like that’s where i’m heading towards rn :c
