/coffee☕️ don’t count towards my water intake. Coming off a binge cycle so mid restriction. I used to be very active but now I have a bad leg injury which I should get checked but am avoiding the doc bc of weigh ins.

-3lbs and I get to wear my summer clothes and shave. I wasn’t hungry all morning so didn’t eat until 4pm only bc I made 2 meals so I had to try them. The chili was super filling.

2 days ago I got yogurt after not trying it for years and Ioved them which lead me to remember gogurts and they have cotton candy now?! But that’s not all…for only 50 cal!! They’re delicious. The pretzels made me feel like I overate, can tell I’ll weigh more tomorrow but as long as I’m under 1000 I’m good.

So my brother is going to stay another 15 days in the hospital so 1 month total. He’s 3 hrs away so I haven’t been able to see or even talk to him. Apparently he’s going to need 9 months of PT after coming home and has suffered permanent damage but he’s out of the danger zone.
I changed 7x before going to my cousins party. I didn’t think my all time favorite food would be there bc I’m vegetarian so there’s usually nothing to eat. I was talking to my cousin and found out some girls from my childhood clearly have an Ed. Also her talking about prom made me feel super lonely bc it reminds of how I didn’t get to live those experiences bc I haven’t had friends since I was like 14.
Meals I made for my fam. The text made me so happy. I didn’t even have any of the banana bread bc I’m not a big fan of it but I do get begged to make it.

Estimates. Race day, my mom and I are really bad at directions and they stopped giving out the race bibs at 9am so we were zooming through the crowd trying to get to the place but we got so lost. We found it eventually and I had my first coffee from Starbucks (I’ve gotten other things from SB but I just recently started drinking coffee like 2 months ago) I walked the entire thing bc I still have a leg injury but it was actually rly nice bc I talked to my mom the whole way and got to see a lot of things. Idk I just wouldn’t call walking a race an accomplishment for me. I’m thinking I wanna move to that town by the end of the summer.
Then I went to get more steps by going thrift shopping and I found this book called “heal your body and I took pics of it, maybe you will find them helpful, even if you don’t have any desire to recover, affirmations can help you be self compassionate.

After I went to a vegan restaurant!! So fancy that the bathroom was body check proof. The food was pretty okay not mind blowing but I rly liked the chick’n tenders.

My stomach was hella rumbling when my professor was next to me. My aunt said she had food left from the party and she served me so it was more than I would have but I had to finish it bc I reheated it, full but worth it. I feel bad for guesstimating 3 days in a row bc I’m scared I’m underestimating and I can’t tell bc it’s higher restriction so the scale hasn’t gone down yet.
I haven’t had a car for 6 months now and I expressed that I was irritated about it so my dads going to get the parts to fix it tomorrow I just feel bad that I have class and can’t go on the road trip w/ him.
Other good things: financial aid got approved and I’m a fat ass so I emailed the college I transferred from last quarter what they used on their tater tots from one of the restaurants on my meal plan and they finally responded I’m fucking hyped. I felt so embarrassed asking but I had to bc I that’s all I used to eat everyday when I was there. Franks Buffalo seasoning, try it.
My mom got a stand for my thrift find, love looking at it

I bought 3 xs shirts 1 year ago and they finally fit. 14 yr old me would be so proud. I look so big in this fit but I’m literally 112! I asked my bf to step out of his room while I had my therapy appt but he didn’t when I asked and he still got mad at me about it.
I am in love with these tots, I’m using the sauce while I wait for the seasoning. Sauce is 8/10. I used to live off of these, cheese, and strawberries/oranges when I lived in the dorms. Also love them even more bc Ik the exact calories.

I had a very busy fun day planned (go to class, bf house, homework, therapy, meeting, treat day!!, laser tag w/ bf who never ever goes out w/ me) and then I ruined both our days by turning today into Bed Bound day, was too depressed to get out bc I lost my work keys. Binge ate hummus and chips (it feels so weird to be this full) and right after I found the keys. Honestly need to work on so many things. It went from lost keys to me spiraling and focusing on all the things that make me hate myself. I hated myself for losing the keys bc it wasn’t long ago I lost my brothers keys in the mall. My job is very important to me and I was scared to lose it but mostly I was scared my boss would get mad at me. I consider myself a responsible person and the fact that I do take really good care of these keys, I don’t like people thinking something bad about me when I know it’s not true. I put this idea in my head that I can’t handle people getting mad at me. My social anxiety has progressively gotten worse. My stomach hurt every time I thought about texting my boss that I lost my keys. I’m just so sick of my social anxiety affecting me this much. My professor sent me a message to check in bc I missed class this week. I left after someone told me I couldn’t park where I did, I hate doing anything wrong so I had to leave home until my panic attack passed, like they didn’t even say it in a mean way but still. I hold very high standards for myself according to my therapist who I spoke to today. She explained to me guilt (feeling bad for messing up but recognize we can move on) vs shame (feeling so bad that you don’t recognize others have made similar mistakes and believing that we messed up because of a character flaw in ourselves) which was helpful.

Even tho I ate 3x my limit yesterday, my measurements are the same. I also love having a bm after maintenance day bc then ik it was worth it and I don’t regret it as much. I tried to make yesterday up by walking today. Got a gua shua, even if the shape doesn’t do anything, I used to put ice on my face for circulation so maybe it’ll work for that. After seeing my double chin in a video, I had to give it a shot. I like the feel of it so far but idk how long to do it for.
