absolutely sick of letting myself go so im gonna be stricter on myself here.
im absolutely dog-shit at fasting so at minimum ill have whatever cals are in diet soft drinks/monsters/iced tea etc...
gonna keep this like a journal of a junkorexic lmao
want to be 60kg or lower by the end of the year, but i cant full-on starve bcus i live w my bf and i got shit to do...
but i keep to roughly 500cals a day so not to worry him and so i dont pass out.
