I should've been asleep way earlier but here I am pretending like I didn't just eat despite it being past midnight (เน•﹏•)
I wanted to post a body check earlier today but I still don't know how to upload pictures because I'm dumb!
For tomorrow I want to stay under 1,000 kcal since I'm going to stay in bed all day ๐

I ate way too much today so I'm going to expose myself! I ate ~2,440 kcals today (สแดส✿) I'm disgusting and I didn't need to eat that much
I've been fasting since ~5 PM and usually when I wake up the next day the first thing I do is eat because I'm so hungry (but I know I'm actually not because there's no way my fat @ss should be feeling hungry)
I'm going to plan out what to eat and see how long I can fast, I'll try my best fast until 10 AM because I eat way too early (。๏พฯ\。)
I'll try to see if I can post pictures via my laptop because I *really really* want to post pretty things here ๐ธ

I've been doing good with keeping my intake below ~2,000 kcal but today I ended up eating nothing but sweets U^๏ฝช^U
My main motivation is my friends; I miss them so much and when I ever get too see them again I want to look my best!
I need my self control back and I WILL get there ❤️

I always workout but I've followed some workouts from YouTube and I've done them for ONE day (on Saturday) and I already see results?!
My waist is smaller and my legs are slimming down again.
I can't wait to get back to my LW, I'm so impatient U ´꓃ ` U

Why do I mess everything up so easily ๐ I was doing good but everytime around 11 AM and in the afternoon I mess everything up
I wish it was always night so that I wouldn't have to worry about a thing
I guess now I have to suck it in (literally) and fast until tommorow, that is if my fat @ss has any self control ๐คก
