I only found old threads on this and wanted to ask if anyone actually bought her pdf and could tell me what it consists of. I am kinda hesitant to buy it, since no example of it or any reviews and I don’t want to blow 33$ into nothing. Her body is goals tho, so I can’t stop thinking about it

I bought it a couple years ago and its not really worth it imo- mostly smoothie/salad recipes. I never used it once. Main takeaway is no processed foods, no meat, no carbs, no dairy, and I believe she limited nuts and legumes?

Idk what it is at all, but based upon what Chanel no 3 wrote it just seems like common dieting, honestly i wouldn’t rec restricting carbs esp if u have an ED and/or brain fog

its not worth the money. pretty sure the entire thing is just ro follow a whole/raw food/vegan diet but she personally doesnt even eat grains or nuts. only fruits i think? she also had a history of cocaine usage and i’ve seen older pictures of her, shes not “naturally that size” at all. I think in her q&a she said she went from a typical american diet to vegan around 19/20 years old then eventually started cutting out grains and then nuts and whatnot.
