Welcome to my accountability, where I, Loveletter, will be attempting to lose 40lbs and get to my UGW. when I hit BMI 18.5 I'll start posting progress pics and such, but I'm currently BMI 22.7. So. No pictures yet.

DisclAimer: I’m diagnosed AN-R, I’m basically a junkorexic, and I will put most of my thoughts in spoilers, so be aware that my thoughts could possibly be triggering, open the at your own risk.

Okay here are my goals for this week:

25k steps ❌ - I got 24,220 :(
300 calories for Wednesday and Thursday 
700 calories on Friday (I have an exam, womp womp) 
Weight on Saturday ✅ - (-4.4lbs]

Then 600 calories for the rest of the week - Sunday thru Sunday

Should put me at:
Around 3,500 this week and
Under or at 4,200 next week

I have really bad OCD when it comes to numbers BTW. That’s why I panicked so much about going over. Yikes.

I hate pacing so much now. Maybe if I went walking in my neighborhood it would be better for me. I think I’m going to do that since the weather is getting nicer.
I hate pacing mostly because it takes so long to get the amount of steps I want, and I get dizzy or bored, I watch TV while pacing and all, but I go back and forth and I have to turn my head to watch.

I know that I shouldn’t have cut myself. Like. Honestly I know. But I’ve just been like. Stuck(?) feeling the same way everyday. It’s like, I wake up miserable, I go to bed miserable. Neither of my parents really love and support me, no matter what they say. I can’t trust my dad or my mom anymore. Like my mom is a blabbermouth and she gets angry at everything I do, like she beat the shit out of me on Saturday because I left the pantry door open, and my dad is a liar and a hypocrite and nothing I do is ever good enough. Idk what to do anymore. I know this sounds like stupid kiddie things but I don’t have ANYONE.

Sorry to disappoint. But. I b/p d again and didn’t get it all up because the Peeps wouldn’t come the fuck up and the jellybeans stuck together I think so I didn’t get one damn jelly bean up . I was shoving my whole damn fist down there but nothing 😐.

I binged on chips, jelly beans, and Peeps (the sugar covered marshmallows). All of the candy was Easter candy, lol.

So still 0 days b/p free, and I’m probably going back to the 130’s this week. :(
