Welcome to my accountability, where I, Loveletter, will be attempting to lose 40lbs and get to my UGW. when I hit BMI 18.5 I'll start posting progress pics and such, but I'm currently BMI 22.7. So. No pictures yet.

Then 600 calories for the rest of the week - Sunday thru Sunday
Should put me at:
Around 3,500 this week and
Under or at 4,200 next week
I have really bad OCD when it comes to numbers BTW. That’s why I panicked so much about going over. Yikes.

But. We will see I guess. If I don’t end up fasting, I’ll just eat very little today.
If I eat 700 calories today, my week total (700(6), I didn’t count Sunday, it would be 246 left over . But… if I fasted… it would be 946… hmmm)

Sorry guys I have to eat out today for Mother’s Day. Not going to count anything.And I won’t count this as a binge either. And I won’t purge.
I counted and it was about 1,660calories, my TDEE is 1,614. So I overate. FUCK.
I’m 46 calories over my TDEE. I hope I don’t gain anything.

Also I’ll be with my dad all week!!!! So excited. Not really cuz he hates me, lol, but at least I’ll be left alone and I can pace again.

I hate pacing mostly because it takes so long to get the amount of steps I want, and I get dizzy or bored, I watch TV while pacing and all, but I go back and forth and I have to turn my head to watch.

I binged on chips, jelly beans, and Peeps (the sugar covered marshmallows). All of the candy was Easter candy, lol.

I’m taking laxatives I can’t have this shit in my system but I think I’ve purged too much this week and yesterday I noticed o wasn’t gagging as much but literally only bile and mucus is coming up. So upset. And now my mom thinks im sus bc I said I was going to take a nap, then I turned on my purging playlist and I can’t even fucking make myself puke right now. I’ve never had this happen before. Like, I can feel the Mac n chesss coming up and stuff BUT IT WONT CLME THE FUCK OUT. I don’t even have my damn razors right now im literally just sitting next to the toilet sobbing.
