i think what's really great is that you're still tracking everything you eat! i honestly think it's so much more impressive (and healthier) to maintain a balance of periods of eating at maintenance with periods of restriction, instead of falling into the classic binge/restrict cycle, especially during times of stress. the last couple days have been especially rough on you and you deserve to take it easier on yourself ♡
